New here..and would like an insight to my case from the other fellow members.

Category - FSW - submitted to CIO Sydney,NovaScotia on 23 April 2010
Received File Number from CIO Sydney,NovaScotia on 10 August 2010
Submitted 2 File to New Delhi Consulate on 23 September 2010
Received Receipt Notice from New Delhi Office on 29 September 2010

Since then i followed with them once and received a reply on 24 May 2011
"Before your application can be placed in processing, our office will make a final determination as to whether or not you are eligible for processing. If your application is not eligible for processing, you will receive a letter informing you of the reasons for the determination as well as a refund.

If your application is determined to be eligible for processing, processing will begin on a priority basis.
Once your application has been assessed, you will receive further instructions from this office. "

I just checked online on the cic.gc.ca website and the case status is "in process"

With the new post/pre june division of classes, i would need an insight as to which category do i fall in
and an approx timeline.

People who are applying for FBI PCC- just want to warn u guys to apply early.. it has been 6 +weeks for me and my CC hasnt even been charged by them. The lag time has gone up considerably, so plan accordingly

Seriously, what is up with Buffalo? I am loosing my mind. I requested CAIPS notes and they responded saying they need more time. My address disappeared from ECAS but still not a word from Buffalo. I am seriously considering applying under CEC. :'(

Guys what will i do now, i checked the photocopies of my documents and i made mistakes in answering the additional family background
I made a mistakes in their place of birth and the marital status of my brother living in canada.
and 1 more thing i didn't check the box asking if i have relatives in canada but i submitted the documents proving that i have relatives in canada.. please help!
