Hey Wayne,

Nice to hear from you. Hope you are enjoying Canada. I have though about ordering CAIPS but none of us who applied in October have received news from Buffalo (or gone in process). So I am really waiting for a Buffalo october applicant to break the silence and then decide to order CAIPS. I dont think is something in relation to my case, just plain Buffalo slowness. What do you think?

Yeah I agree. Since none of the applicants around you have heard anything either I do not think there is anything specific to worry about with your case. Just the waiting game!

Canada has been great. We have a GREAT 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking woodlands. It's really nice and quiet and secluded here. Visited all kinds of great places, just waiting to hear on the job interview I had last week. Returning to the UK tomorrow for about a month, and then moving permanently to Canada around mid-October all being well.

Whereabouts are you hoping to settle once you have your visa?

Its been almost 3 weeks since I finished my medicals and no change in the ecas yet. My question is

1. Do Ecas shows in status that Medical is been Received?
if yes then 2. How long it takes after finishing the medicals until the status in the Ecas changes.

Canadestin and Other fellow applicants are Feb or March 11 applicants where as I am Dec' 10. My concern is that I do not see any other Dec'10 applicant still as RBVO. What do you suggest ?

Long way to go for you ....I got my medicals done 3.5 months ago..still no update on eCAS....check the timelines for fellow members in the tracker to get a rough idea.
