NO FEB N FEB+ APPLICANT GOT INTO IN PROCESS EXCEPT MAYANKPANDYA...HE EVEN GOT VISA.

WHEN I MEAN FEB...IT MEANS WHO APPLIED IN FEB.

NDVO HAS SENT MR TILL JAN APPLICANTS(WHO APPLIED IN JAN)
Dear Mayank, Jason, amanss and others who got good news,

my best wishes for future.

Dear Friend,
I applied on Jan 6, still RBVO. Not even an AOR. It is clear, CHC is doing some pick and choose based on occupation and some other factors still unclear to me. Even God doesn't know our fate and we can do nothing about it. First time I applied in March 2004, still pending. Next time I applied Jan 2011, you know how it stands this time. I have since stopped worrying about immigration. When God wills, there would be some movement otherwise It is all for the best.
If you or anyone else can discover some order in working of NDVO, please do predict further course of processing.

Best of luck to all

Thanks for your wishes.

Since you are a Jan'11 applicant you shouldn't lose hope so early. I have been through a similar routine and I know how it feels. I got 'In process' only last week (after 173 days in RBVO) while many others who applied after me got 'In Process', received MR or even got the visa way before me.

If you believe your case has some complications then it's likely to take longer than normal. Don't worry about the AOR -- Since they send this letter by normal post it's likely that it may have got lost in transit. One of the members here got her 2nd AOR after the MR !!! I think there are few out here who haven't got 2nd AOR either.

If you remain in RBVO for 5-6 months then I advise you to order CAIPS notes as they do put comments on the file even if it's RBVO and that will help you to get an idea as to what the visa officer is thinking.

Hope this helps.

Hi Jason
I needed some information regarding CAIPS notes, I have in RBVO since April Do you think I should apply for the CAIPS notes now or should i wait for some more time.

Since ND VO advises the applicants to contact them in case they don't hear from them after 6 months (at the VO stage) it is likely that the VO starts working on each application atleast before the end of 6th month. But if no applicant with a similar timeline as yours have seen any progress then it's likely that your application hasn't been touched upon.

Now that I know that the visa officer puts comments in the file even if it's in RBVO stage, I would suggest to apply for CAIPS notes if you don't hear anything after 5 months.
