I'll have to agree with you. I am done with my interview but still RBVO. Does it mean that even Interview is not considered as a part of the process !!!???

Yes, I know. That is what I am talking about. Look at my case, got my medicals done well over 3 months ago, PP was sent 2.5 months ago. There has been no update apart from address missing on eCAS since last Sunday. I was pretty confident that I'll get the visa in the month of August ???

Anyways, no point in sulking coz it wont effect NDVO. NDVO started off with a blistering pace in the initial stages and now it has slowed down - I guess its a marathon and NDVO is out of stamina in the closing stages of the race :-\ :-X

They certainly do look at the file at the deadline of 45 days (or 60 or 90, depending what they have stipulated) because if you have not submitted the requested documents by the deadline they contact you again and chase them, threatening to discontinue your application.

If you do send the docs before the deadline, I have seen no evidence to say that they do anything other than log that those docs have been received.
They might, if they choose, get on with the next step of the processing once the docs are received but they might also just leave it until a later date decided upon by them for their own reasons.

Who can know, especially at London ?
