I dont believe in this rumour but even if it is true, they will continue to process the apps.

Hope you are right... but now the priority has shifted to post June 2011 Applicants. It seems CIO believes in LIFO policy. (Last In First Out).

If we believe in this news than do not forget my friends that 2 days ago 2 applicants got Decision Made . How ?

This is for RBVO cases only... Those In Process are lucky chums.. I hope things move,, fingers crossed.

They will work on othere type of Visas. PR Visas for sure has quota. Been seeing it since 2001. Whenever CIC propose new rules.....the current applicants are held back and they remain pending for years. As we all know CIC has proposed new rules....may be they want those applicants to be processed. They did this for 2003 applicants...then 2008 applicants then pre june 2010 applicants and now seems post june 2010 applicants.

The process will slow down until next year where new rules are going to be implemented. And in between if anyone is lucky will get through . From next year they will start working on applications filed according to new rules.
