Its a good sign my friend...don't waste time and get the documents done...it has to go to Canada first and I am pretty sure that ur consultant cut down to 60 days as he must has to do something in this regard....so do it fast....and its a good sign that someone is doing work on it....

Mine is still RBVO and today its like 4 months from the date of 2nd AOR but I am still positive.........

almost the same thing happened with me, except the asked me to send the pcc after 5 days agter my status turned inprocess. and since june no updates for me. actually i think its not really in process like they are going to send you MR soon, but at least its a step forward.

It strange that you are in the RBVO so long. I would recommend you to contact SVO to see what is going on with your file.

If you have a problem to issuing the birth certificates, then i can help you because i also don't have birth certificate when i put the file.

As per my case and my knowledge do one thing, go to the gram panchyat or talukapanchayat where the birth certificate issue they keep the record of all persons, if they have the records then they will give you the new birth certificates, and if they don't have (in your case) they are giving you the latter that we don't have the record. go with this latter to the court, and court will order to the panchayat to reissue the new birth certificate as per living certificate or any other legal birth date certificates. then they can issue the birth certificate.

I was done this whole procedure for my new birth certificate, so i know that how to issue new birth certificate.

I also advise to appoint one lawyer he can advise you properly how to apply for new BC in court.
