yes it applies here in the uae... so the guys sorting/putting the letters on your mailbox must not be working as fast as they were...
shortened work hours for them means less letters sorted/deliverd right

Yes, you are right but I'm currently under the impression that we may get the PPR by email, this seems to be the way they've been sending it recently. All the applicants who got the PPR from London in August got it through email.

Well, email or snail mail, I honestly don't care just as long as we get it soon. ;D

n jignesh,....if ur aunt doesnt have Birt Certificate....u can apply it for her..

apply b.cert for ur aunt with father name as shown in her PP.....simultaneously for ur mom with same father name....n ur problem will b solved.

I m a London applicant, and have been waiting since long......with status recently changed into IN PROCESS...
consider urself lucky my friend that journey of patience and wait is almost to get over...

Thanks guys, I really appreciate the support. I'm not going to check the draft at all now, I'm just going to wait for the PPR to turn up. I guess this waiting is is just a little harder since no one else post June 2010 from London has had to wait this long.....but all good things come to those who wait right?!

I know canadian pp doesnt show thats y told u abt ur aunt's Indian PP ....and indian pp does....

and ur aunt must b having Indian PP before she migrated to CANADA?

so apply birth cert for ur aunt with father name mentioned as on her old Indian PP

and who says its not possible to get birth certificate? all u need to give an affidavit...their is a rule go n check with isuing authoroties.

even if ur mom n aunt hospital doesnt have record ...u can get B.C by giving affidavit.....i got it for my Uncle who is 54 yrs old.

HE was born at home...so there was no hospital record...the authorities asked to submit affidavit wrriten in stamp paper and they issued it.\ without hospital name.

best solution is to get birth certificate for both....n it is possible.

In my opinion the prolongation of waiting for PPR at this time of year, is little bit confusing, as new session of school in gulf is going to start in september.
So one has make decision about school payments here and related matters.
