I checked the link... There is really no news to which program these changes will apply. So In my opinion there is no need to panic yet. I hope and think that no changes to FSW will be made prior June/July next year (but as alwas CIC reserved the right to change it any time). Given that some programs (like entrepeneurs) are being re-evaluated this might affect them. I don't think there is a need to panic just yet.

These rules seem to apply to refugees and not to economic immigrants.

1) GO to profile on the top right corner and then

the new changes increase points in Language Factor and decrease points in Work Experience and also Age factor is considered.

We are aware of this.

This was part of the consultation carried out some months back. It seems to have been applied to the new come to Canada tool.
