thank you very much for ur kind advice.

one more thing i would like to add here is that when cio asked me to explain the source of money coming in ur a/c(bcz my consultant only put my netbank a/c transaction statment without my sav(salery)a/c statment bcz i transfer all my deposit form my sav(sal) a/c to net bnk a/c to get intrest benefit.so in regards that i have sent thm 3 mnths b4 all explanation that all balance in netbank saver a/c came from salery a/c (also include the letter and salery statment from pay-roll(gaming manager too) manager my current job).still you think cio going to do the wrk place check.

(wonder if i claim my aunty's(relative sponcer) 5 points ) then i don't need anything...bcz then after i will reach more than 67 may be 71 or soo

let i explain how i reach 67 points (my education bachelor + masters(from india) and adv. diploma of hospitality(aus),relative sponcer , 6(all 4 6) each ielts,wife's education(bachelor in engg,wrk exp current wrk around 1 yr(time of application) months + last job april 2007 to jan 2010 all up 3 yrs).better let you know that the reff letter which i gote from my both wrk place if cio will call them than not to werry anything bcz they are actually my good referance(i can say my best buddy).they will reply very well.one more proble here i have put all my current and previous job group cert and some of pay slips from both wrk place but last palce were i worked long is now bankrupt even i don't know still open or not.but i have all my record with me that proves that i worked there...

here, i need some more advice that while wrking at my current job i do reguleryly another job(same type of wrk) as well frm last 10 mnths but the problem with this job is that they can't give me any refrance letter.i have all my payslips and grup cert with me.head chef and second chef at other wrk told me that we can give u enf wrk here(without any commitment frm urside).but we not allow u to give any lettre(as a big company HR does all this jobs but i m directly appointed casually by head chef) they told me i can use their name and mobile no for any of my referance for canada immi.

so is it possible that when i left my current job i can inform cio with simple letter of job change notice(including add of new job,name of my head chef and second chef including their mobile nos and my wrk duties) along with my payslips(in a payslips my designation is mentioned (cook grade 2) and group cert but no any appointment or reff letter with company's letter head.

Hi Darshan,

I am so happy to see you back...this time a lot composed and now it seems like "You are the Captain of your ship". Really happy for you.

Darshan, from your posts, I believe that you are an extremely hard working and honest guy....so don't be worried at at. You will have your time to rejoice.

Now, suggestions regarding your problem:

1. Bank statement:

If you would be scheduled for Interview based on POF details, then you could show them the evidence of your previous bank with the POF and the transfer details. The reason you have already mentioned- To get higher interest on your finances....which is normal and with the evidence VO will not be suspicious. Latter if you are asked for 6 or 12m statement show the statement of the bank from which you made the transfer and write a cover letter to explain the situation.

2. Current job:

Attach your OFFER letter from this company and all other evidences as you have already mentioned. In your cover letter just mention that the current company does not give any Reference letter with Job descriptions but you (VO) are welcome to contact the HR person for clarifications.

The idea is to be TRANSPARENT with your VO.

3. Offer letter:

Hmm....this is tricky. Can you get an Offer letter atleast? Did they contact you by email for the job? How did they confirm your employment...any paperwork to that effect? Well, worst case scenario - If you can not provide Offer letter then mention why the letter could not be provided.

I am a newbie to this forum.

I have a query: Applied in Nov'10 , visa office New Delhi. Received AOR from visa office on 4th April 2011. Still in RBVO status without MR

Prior to applying for Canadian immigration, I had applied for New Zealand visa skilled category in 2002 and sent my application with PCC. However then New Zealand govt changed the policy of skilled category and retuned my full application with money back. Two years back I had applied for NVQ programme for UK and had my application with PCC done before submission. However after the whole application was ready, I was told by the agent I have to show funds of atleast Rs.8 lacs for which I never had. I withdrew my application. Now if you see my passport I have PCC done for 2 countries viz. New Zealand and Uk without any history of foreign travel.

Do you think this could be the reason for the delay of my processing? Do I need to call NDVO and tell them about it even if they dont raise the doubt?

Are you telling that you got PCC from UK and New Zealand even though you did not reside in those countries?

Well, if that is the case, then I must tell you that you were never required to send PCC's from those two countries. PCC's required only from countries wherein you have been a resident for at least 6months or more.

I think you need to amend the situation. Send a case specific email to NDVO and explain the situation. As you are still in RBVO status your information will be accepted.

In my case, my boss got retired and therefore, I updated the visa office with the details of his successor. I included his designation, date of joining, cell number and official email address

Inform CHC immediately using case-specific query, giving them a contact name / number / email of your new boss.

They still need to be able to contact your employers if they perform employment verification, and it will be a lot better if they have new contact details now rather than phoning up to be told "Oh sorry they don't work here any more".
