Any idea on how long it is taking police clerance certificates to return within the uk at the moment, hopefully we will be sending ours away to get updated tomorrow. Congrats to all who has received good news and goodluck to all those who await :-*
about 3 weeks from beginning to end, they sent us an email when they started processing them and another when they where sending them out.
That was my experience in Jan 2011 from England to Northern Ireland
Good Luck with the rest!

all frustrated members. get back to ur work n concentrate on ur daily life.....what has to happen ...will happen.... ;D

The good bit is they never asked for updates of police cert from other countries only the uk,the clerance certificates from police that we have already sent are valid until sept. Also have to get one for our 22 year old son who is NOT moving with us but still needs police cert and medical done when we are at medical stage (hopefully not to long ).The forum seems to be moving now with lots of goodluck, long may it last. Sorry for those who have not received good news :(.

As long as you have not lived in any other countries since submitting your original application, they will usually only ask for updated certificates for your current country of residence, since the rest should not have changed.

Wayne.

I doubt the previous figures were accurate. They had an increase of 10 over a week and then a jump of 38 cases in a day for 1122? I'm sure the previous figures were not properly compiled. I'll be surprised if 1122 lasts till the end of the month though. But I can see our Crane operator friends haven't been too busy lately. ;D

Probably full already!
Rate is faster this year(thought it would be faster than this though), though the general trend looks to be the same. ::)
