Today I got PPR via registered mail but it is shocked to see that date of issuance the letter is 09 May while today it is already 02 Aug. The date of postal is 29 July so it takes almost 3 months to send the PPR from CIC Singapore. Now I am desperate to wait for my consultant for contact with CIC for lengthen the deadline of submitting PP now.
Do they approve for this or they would refuse it? I have been followed seniors' advise to be patient and not to send inquiries to CIC after medical is sent for more than 3 months. And now it turn out that I was fallen behind the deadline
How to do now if CIC reject only due to the lateness :'( :'( :'(

Dear Kevinca,
Congrats for your PPR...
Please note that, for unknown reason SGVO doesnt reply to either case specific enquiry or Fax ???
Good news is, they do reply to General enquiry.
:D , (2 forum members:casayed, Fighter confirmed about this :))
Since you applied via agent, Please advice your agent to send them an urgent enquiry using SGVO's email address:
singapore-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca

Guys,

Today I received a letter from London VO asking for updated forms (Application for PR, Background/Declaration), updated police certificates from my current country of residence (UAE), evidence of sufficient funds, photographs of my children, and RPRF.

They stated that the Medical Instructions will be issued upon receipt, and asked me to send a request to withdraw an old pending application (since 2007).

The letter is dated 14th July. They gave me 60 days to send these documents.

Based on your experience, when shall I expect the medical examination documents (given I send these documents within a couple of days)?

Congrats asaif, you have been waiting a long time! :)

Wayne.

Hi,

I have a question - at what stage in eCAS would the line "Medical results received" be added? Would it be there in "In Process" stage or "Decision Made" stage? My current eCAS status is "In Process".

Thanks and regards
Manpreet

It gets added in the 'In Process' stage. All the best.

Dear i already got copy from british council but my question is will cio accept the copy? Because on website they mention to attach copy of refusal letter and letter which shows my original ielts is with cic.ANND U KNOW MY ORIGINAL IS NOT WITH CIC NOW.
Copy of IELTS issued by british counsil looks exactly like the one issued to u earlier and yes it is considered as original one. use this copy (not xerox) for filing ur application and mention that u didn't received ur original sent by them.
Hope u will take quick decision due to 500 cap.
