Has any of post June 2010 applicants whose status has been in RBVO for more than 4 months made a case specific enquiry with NDVO? What was the reply? This wait is killing me. Was thinking of making one soon.

Thanks,

Guys,

Today I received a letter from London VO asking for updated forms (Application for PR, Background/Declaration), updated police certificates from my current country of residence (UAE), evidence of sufficient funds, photographs of my children, and RPRF.

They stated that the Medical Instructions will be issued upon receipt, and asked me to send a request to withdraw an old pending application (since 2007).

The letter is dated 14th July. They gave me 60 days to send these documents.

Based on your experience, when shall I expect the medical examination documents (given I send these documents within a couple of days)?

Great news asaif, nice to see some movement on your file.

All the best mate :)

Best of luck for all the 10 applicants

We finally got a response to my inquiry to London VO this morning. I had to send another inquiry by post last week as they did not respond to both email and fax. They've asked for an updated Generic Application form, additional dependant declaration form for my wife and a notarized copy of her new passport as she has obtained a new one since we filed our application. We've been given 30 days to submit. Hopefully we'll get MR after this.

BTW, address on ecas still missing, Status "In Process"

All the best to all

Hi Guys:
Received our passport and COPR yesterday. But SGVO didnt return any of my submitted documents including original experience certicficates, IELTS etc.

Any thoughts and suggestion?

Congratulations to all who have received PER, 2AOR, MR, PPR and Visa, and updates in ECas; expecially to you Asaif. Yours was loooooong overdue.

Best wishes for the rest.

Cheers.
Congratulations

Today I got PPR via registered mail but it is shocked to see that date of issuance the letter is 09 May while today it is already 02 Aug. The date of postal is 29 July so it takes almost 3 months to send the PPR from CIC Singapore. Now I am desperate to wait for my consultant for contact with CIC for lengthen the deadline of submitting PP now.
Do they approve for this or they would refuse it? I have been followed seniors' advise to be patient and not to send inquiries to CIC after medical is sent for more than 3 months. And now it turn out that I was fallen behind the deadline
How to do now if CIC reject only due to the lateness :'( :'( :'(

It should be easy to prove the date the request was delivered to you, and that you are not responsible for the long delay between CHC Singapore sending and your receiving.

I would send an urgent fax to CHC Singapore stating you have only just received their passport request with 3 months delay and as a result their deadline has passed, and that you will be sending the passports as soon as possible.

I don't think they'll reject you once they know about the delay, but I would hurry so they don't reject you before they hear about it.

Best of luck,
Wayne.
