Guys, Wayne doesn't deserve that. He has been very helpful 24/7. I request that everyone recieved support from Wayne to add his voice to mine and ask him not to leave. Folks, can't we just grow up ?

Magdy
I agree, we are all on here for one reason, to obtain a visa to Canada. We should not be launching personal attacks on anyone, whether it be for bad timing or whatever other reason.
There is no need for petty squabbles, this is a stressful enough situation to be in

com2canada,

Thanks a lot. I speak when I knew things otherwise will keep quite. Best of luck for you too.

Pradeep,

Please ask your lawyer to hand over the letter that he received regarding the payment of RPRF. I am 100% sure that Buffalo VO must have clearly stated the method of payment. The letter I received that clearly says that it should be paid to the Canadian Consulate General.

I saw both links. It is conflicting information but choose the current one and did you notice that the link in pdf is asking you to look at the website for current info.

If you did not get letter from your lawyer, I can scan my letter and send it to you.

Just when I checked my letter again I got another happy info .
They have put application under FAST FLOW SEP 10. Eventhough it doesn't flow that fast.

best wishes
entemaria

Hi entemaria
Can you elaborate on this topic: Fast Flow Sept 10?

I just re-activated my account, but I am going to take a break away from the forum for a week or so to calm down and re-visit the situation when I am less angry and frustrated.

All the best to everyone,
Wayne.

Hi Saif,

Do you happen to know of any Warsaw applicant other than Cay_sha from the post June 26 batch who has got MR or probably the visa?

Thanks,

Katy

Dear Katy,

Don't worry! It isn't real. Processing time in Warsaw is max 13 months for post 26 June 2010 applicant.

Regards

Viktoria

I received an Interview letter couple of days back -- One of the section says -

" If you plan to have your dependents accompany you to Canada or to join you within the validity date of your visa, processing fees for all dependents must be paid before the interview. We recommend that, if you have not paid the fees, you send them immediately by the fastest means. Should the fees not be paid prior to the interview, no credit will be given for your spouse in the IRPA assessment. Fees are payable by bank draft or certified cheque only. Cash is not accepted." -- Posted as it is

Correct me if I am wrong but aren't they referring to the dependents that are added after the initial application?

It also says -

"If your marital status has changed since you submitted your application. If you were divorced, you must bring the divorce petition and certificate. If you were married, you must bring the marriage certificate, wedding photos, photos of you together after the wedding (e.g. outings). Each of you must also complete spousal questionnaire that is available at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5490e.PDF. Please ignore the fact that the title refers to "Sponsor"." -- Posted as it is

(I am confused. The first sentence ends abruptly so I am not sure whether the second and the third sentences are in continuation of the first sentence or are they different sentences all together.)

I was married when I filed the application and my spouse was included in the original application so DO I (AND MY SPOUSE) NEED TO FILL UP THIS FORM (IMM5490E) AND PROVIDE THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS AS WELL?

One might suggests to fill the form to be on the safer side -- but the form is so damn confusing coz it's designed for a different purpose all together -- You'll understand when you see it.

Wayne you have helped me out on many occasions
,normally I'd pm you if I had a question,I would like to write for all to see on the forum,I'd like to thank Wayne very much for all his help not just to myself but to many others.
