Congrats to everyone whose status has changed, received a request for medicals/rprf/or passports!

I have a question for those of you have completed your medical exams. On the form it asks that I bring two recent passport size photos to the doctor with me. Does anyone know what they mean by passport size? Canadian passport pictures are larger than normal size and are different than the ones we would have submitted with our original applications to the CIO. Any advice from people who have completed their medicals? I just don't want to show up with the wrong size photo and have them delay the process any further.

Thanks for your help everyone!
I have not completed medical exams. But I will take my US passport pictures 5x5 cm with me.

seniors,
its been over 208 days at visa office, my status is in RBVO..It seems tht FSW2 are cursed. What really pills my skin is to know that half of the applicants in FSW1 category have received their Meds. I think the CIC should stop the FSW2 program if they are not going to expedite our cases.

Yeah it is like that..! It is because CIC considers all AEO applicants fraudulent unless proven innocent. It will take more then usual time, since it involves more stringent background checks. The only perceived benefit of applying with an AEO is that you have the comfort & certainty of landing with a job in Canada from day 1 & not having to search for it. Saves a lot of financial trouble.
Else applying with an AEO is not only more time consuming & lengthy but also chances of success that your application gets approved are very poor. New Delhi Visa office has a 30% success rate of AEO applications !

Yea tht very much true.....

Dear Canadestin,

Now all the feb applicants are frustrating to see the spreadsheet, because there is no any movement in the file status of anybody.

I hope we all Feb applicants specially you, sonir, sunu_rp, hariranjith, samvant, and of course me are getting some good news by the month end.

At-least among of us any one member got the in process then also we can celebrate the moment. Am i right or not ?

Hi GoHerd,

I am just a little bit curious, pls feel free to ignore my question if it doesn't make sense to you. As I understand you are us citizen (have us ppt), why do you want canadian pr?

Wish you all the best with your medicals.
