Hi: if they asked you to provide pic then send it and if they did;nt ask then just send them new forms.

Okay thanks Naveed1!

Still rbvo at last check. Here in Canada with my beloved at the moment and it feels so good, but I have to return on Saturday.
Our container has arrived. We sign for it tomorrow and it gets delivered on Thursday, so it will be even harder to leave my new home and my husband when all my things are here. At least I get to help him by being here to receive it and he doesn't need to take time off work to do it.
Congratulations to everyone who has had good news recently.

Hi All, Please I need your advice Seniors. My wife recently received a NER (3112) because her score didn't reach 67. I want to apply but I need to be sure if I am eligible. I am actually in a profession( IT specialist, Storage Administrator) that is way off what I studied in the university so am wondering if that disqualifies me and also if an IT specialist is eligible in the NOC1122 (Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management). Your response will be highly appreciated. Thanks

No, you are eligible even if your University qualification is TOTALLY different from your chosen profession.

Hi Queencougar,

This is my first post to you but I have been following your progress (if I could call that a REAL progress) and I am really happy that you were able to spend sometime with your husband. I know the pain of being separated from your loved ones.

Wish all your hurdles just vanish away and you guys are together again sooooooooooooon.

Welcome! I had no idea you were here! I would love to spend time with you and neil but I'm not sure if I will have time this week, but I'll let you know! Then again you probably want to cherish your time together since it's been so long. I'm still stuck with no LMO/Work Permit but at least I know I have a pseudo-90 day grace period to apply for an extension...

Also stuck on RBVO here -_-

Congrats to all who have received good news recently! Looks like Buffalo has joined the other visa offices in processing apps.

By the way, I sent my PCC's to Buffalo before they requested. (I received a B file number in an email.) They signed for it Monday morning. I'll keep everyone posted on whether they have accepted them when I go "In Process"

Mark

Hi Mark:

I also sent Buffalo my PCCs before they asked for it, with my change of address, and never received a B number email. Where you given a B or E number by CIO? If a B, then I suppose you have two B numbers now??

Thanks,
Cam

Dear friends,

My application, under NOC code of 3113, has been received by CIO on 10th May, 2011; However, My unpaid lawyer's credit card has not been charged yet. I have recently inquired about my application status and CIO's officer replied me: "Your application is awaiting for initial processing. Notification will be sent in due course." What is yours about my case?

As the cap has reached a week after my application has been received, do you think that I probably have the chance of receiving PER in coming days?

thanks.

Hi Mark,

That is quite interesting. Do you recomend we should send our PCC before it expires ?

It's worth a shot than trying to update our PCC everytime.

Hi Doc,

First things first....You certainly made in the CAP since CIO has confirmed that your application is awaiting initial processing.

Did you inquire from inside or outside of Canada? The current timeline for CC/BD encashment is between 7-10 days followed by a positive eligibility review (CIO) within 1month or so. I am not quite sure if the trend has changed recently.

I got my B file number by including in my email (which was a change of job email) a closing line that went something like this..."I am still RBVO, but if I have a Buffalo specific file number, please forward that to me, so as to include in any job updates, and thus streamlining the process on your end." When they responded, I had a B file number. It may all depend on who is responding to the email and their mood. But no, I have only one B file number, and I am still RBVO.
