The new CIO checklist,came with a Clause as regards Transcript.It was stated thus:
Transcripts:Original transcripts of all successful qualifying examination obtained must be submitted(If available),what's your stake on that.

Permit me to mention that i applied for NOC 0631 on 01-03-2011 and on 11-05-2011 i received a Negative NER stating that i did not obtain sufficient evidence from my employers and therefore they were not satisfied that i have a minimum of one year paid work experience within the past ten years.

However,i applied for reconsideration and i was surprised when i received same mail from the same guy who reviewed my application initially taken his ground.

Weeks back,i wrote the CIO,asking whether my supporting documents were sent alongside with my Refund but they replied that i should confirm an authentic address where the documents will be sent to.

Can i now apply and make reference to my Original Transcripts and Police Certificate which are in their possession since am finding it difficult obtaining another transcript.

On 26th august last year, I started my journey for immigration. Today exactly after 11 months, I received my passports with lovely maple leaf on it. Visa was stamped on 20th July.

I originally applied in Oct 2009 and got 1st file number from CHC Australia in March 2010 and then again got another 2nd File number from CHC London on 10th Aug 2010 and since then all is quite no communication from them. Tried to contact CHC London via email no response till date. I had already submitted all my documents including the IELTS and PCC in between March 2010 and June 2010 via my consultant.

Please advice how long should i wait for an ans from CHC, as i even don't know if my file is approved or not. My consultant have already taken the CHC fees from me longtime back and says has deposited along with my application originally to CHC Australia.

Waiting for your input and advice on my case. I do not have a NOC, can you adavice about it.

Please note firstly that this is a post-June-2010 thread, and you are clearly a pre-June-2010 applicant, so you might be better off posting in the correct thread so that users from your own timelines can better guide you.

But please note that pre-June-2010 applicants are on a lower priority than post-June-2010 applicants. What does your ECAS status say?

I submitted PCCs with my inial application to CIO. At that time, they were more than 3 months. no wonder why they ask to submit the now ones. I am still in US

Yes - once you realise that you still have to sort selling the house, getting moving quotes, getting a job, and a hundred other things you have to come back down to earth fairly quickly in order to get them done

Still i have not received anything from NDVO...i dont know whats going on my file....

RBVO since 9th April 2011....

Hope that new month will come with some good news.
