Dear Hussam,

Don't worry at all. I know of many Iranians whose files have been transfered to Warsaw from Damascus. Niether of them has received their MR so far. Of course we have had a handful of visas issued for post 26 June Ianians, but all were issued by Damascus VO itself. Don't know about your friends. Has any of your friends (whose VO was initially Damascus turned to Warsaw later)received MR from Warsaw?

In general Warsaw seems to be slower and perhaps more meticulous with regard to processing. The other reason is that we are residing outside their area of performance and so they are not as familiar with our cases as the officers in Damascus. Anyway, you can see under my account that I am from the same NOC as you are with a few-day difference in timelnes. My case is in process since 15 June and I know that there are people having gone in process in Warsaw even a month earlier than me.So just try to practice more patience, all we can do for now. ;)

Good Luck,

Katy

Dear Katy,

I wish you practice patience shortly and immediately get your medicals.

Best wishes

Viktoria

Hello Everyone

I have applied as a FSW in the arranged employment category. i came to canada as a student in 2009. finished my program and got a job even before i was out of school. i sent my application on 16 Novemeber 2010 and it was recieved by CIO sydney on 18 November 2010. I recieved by PER on Feb 24 2011 and 2AOR on 24 March. Now my e-cas status shows RBVO (new delhi). I am in canada working on a work permit. My question is when you are not living in the country of your visa office, is there some delay with regards to background checks and all?

Just note down the date when ur addss disappeared n when its back...the next communication from VO will be dated between that period....let it be VISA/MR/AOR etc
its not true at all.because many peoples all over in the world disappeared on 21-06 and has come back after 2 days without no change.

Irrespective of the choice of your VO (home country or VO in the jurisdiction of your present residence),there will be no delay related to background checks.

Hi Anshuman, RNCanada and others who are in the same boat,

IMO, no one will be able to answer your question accurately esp about when the next change is going to occur in your cases.

If you are stressed and feel your patience level is running low...then try for CAIPS notes which will give you the accurate situation of your files. You will get the response in a month (by then your status might change).

I agree with you bigmac, the appearance/dis appearance of address has nothing to do with
''linking it with NEXT Change on application status". It might appear so but is not true since the happenings are not consistent.

IMO, it is just an upgradation of system/software to synchronize the the whole system. Probably not all VO's are performing the tests together and thus we are finding discrepancies.

After around 3 weeks of address disappearance my address has been re appeared today but it is still RBVO.

I have never been able to see my address on ecas and my visa office in Kingston, is there anyone from Kingston with the same issue?
