I just wanted to share the following link with you wherein the candidate got a query at the RBVO stage;thus the assumption that "RBVO is just RBVO" is not true.

I received my request for medicals and RPRF in the post yesterday. I see that Pradeep also received his so I think Buffalo is finally awake!

Hoping that all the other patient applicants (in Buffalo and elsewhere) hear from their visa office soon!!

Admins, there seems to have been a mistake, I have not received my Med Request but I am pink on the spreadsheet; Cam1234 #83 not pink yet Thank you

RBVO means not yet "In Process". So they can still be looking at your application but of course they can be performing the visa office eligibility review, which is done at RBVO before the application goes "In Process".

does receiving 2nd AOR signify that we have passed VO eligibility review???

In process also they do review wayne... see below points which I received from VO after my status changed to INPROCESS

1) Please note that your application is currently under review by a visa officer. Please be assured that as soon as the review is complete, the next steps in the processing of this application will be determined and you will be advised accordingly. (email dated : 19/05/2011) My ECAS changed from RBVO to IN PROCESS on 27th April 2011.

and recently I received a mail from VO again

2) Your File is in the processing queue email dated 6th July 2011.

If review complete at RBVO stage how they sent a mail to me after RBVO ?

Hi Sonir,

AOR is just an Acknowledgement of Receipt of you application and nothing else. It does not imply anything else other than the literal meaning.

Hi Pavan,

At RBVO stage some processing is done but the completion of such investigation is completed only in "In Process" stage.
