Well I agree I don't think it will be a problem. Minor mistakes which you are sending them new forms to correct should be ok.

The only problem I would see is if it were something that would otherwise fail your eligibility (such as not giving you 67 points etc).

The bigger question is why did your agent not spot these mistakes? This is why you are paying him for! ;)

Wayne.

why cry over spilled milk .. now :( i chose not to scold my agent though my wife gets angry very often and instructs me to talk to him such a way that he should realize his mistake.. but i think thats not goin to help me in my process in anyway he missed that and now all i can do is ..get it corrected as fast as its possible

no i dont think my points will be affected in anyways thanks Wayne your reply is a big relief
will get back as soon as i hear something form NDVO / i was not aware of this great forum initially else things would have been different for me m sure, my papers were almost ready in sep-oct ..but everything is predestined i guess. had i known abt this forum i would have submitted my apps in sep-oct only, i was completely naive and totally dependent on my agent.

thanks and regards

Good morning everyone,

I received my request for medicals and RPRF in the post yesterday. I see that Pradeep also received his so I think Buffalo is finally awake!

Hoping that all the other patient applicants (in Buffalo and elsewhere) hear from their visa office soon!!

Hey Wayne,
I read your CIIP experience in your blog. Nice effort!!. I think the content is more or less the same for all CIIP programs throughout the world. I believe you are related to computers in profession. Can you briefly describe your position and how are you preparing the journey to mapleland (certifications, further studies etc).

Thanks in advance

Hi sure,

Well, my experience as a software developer (about 13 years' commercial experience since graduating in 1998) is primarily with Microsoft products (C# for .Net and SQL Server). Hence my Microsoft certifications are worldwife and I do not require any re-certification to be ready for Canada. Also my BSc in computing is equivalent to a 4 year Canadian bachelor's degree.

We're landing on 27th August and staying for 2 weeks, during which I am hoping to arrange job interviews. We are starting out in the Abbotsford suburb of Vancouver, and I will be looking for work around there and its neighboring suburbs. Planning around the start of August to start writing to companies with my CV, saying I'll be in Canada for 2 weeks at the end of August and would they be interested in seeing me?

Anyway I will let you know how I get on. Collecting the visas tomorrow which is quite exciting. Once I can get a job the last thing left to do is sell the damn house! ;)

Wayne.

Hello,

Can you please add my details too to the spreadsheet. All details are to the left and I received my 2nd AOR on 5th May 2011.

Thanks
