If these are simply typing errors on your forms, I think it will be fairly positive that you have been proactive and sent them the amendments in advance, which will save time in their asking for new forms.

However, if there were any major facts missing from your original application, they may wonder why you did not disclose these to begin with.

Is your file in process yet? (i.e. do you have the line in ECAS "Your application has been reviewed and we started processing on XYZ)?

Visa office do an eligibility review, and if you are supplying new forms with new information they may need to re-do the eligibility review to prove you are still eligible with the new information you have provided, before going into process.

I guess it largely depends on the extent of the changes/errors?

Wayne.

changes are only

Masters in personnel management ( spouse's edu ) which has been wrongly put as M.Com)
my present NOC code 0015 ( at the time of filling up the form) which has been put as 0631 and
city of my high/ higher secondary school ( board is same but city was different)

thats it , they have my marksheets/ transcripts/ every proof regarding just that while filling up the form my agent goofed up and now i want to correct it before its too late :( my agent says that if you have got PER thats itself shows your changes are minor and negligible but its always good to send them corrections
my status is RBVO

Thanks dear Wayne
So I cant be sure about positive or negative result? I mean it is different with IN PROCESS in ECAS?

I see you are 25th March applicant and are RBVO? If that's the case, your application still has to go through:

1) Eligibility review at visa office

2) Background documents checks and possible employment verification

3) Medical results and security checks

Your application is not safely through until you get passport requests after these 3 stage. So until then nobody can tell you whether your application will definitely pass or not.

You just need some patience now.

Wayne.

when exactly this eligibility review happens..is it the samehting as paper screening review>>>>provisional acceptance which conclude with AOR issuance from VO OR does it happen after AOR issuance...Qorax is of the opinion that VO issues AOR after doing paper review and finding applicant eligible based on paper review...

But Im not sure, because I held continuous master degree in architecture, and as I know they dont accept my degree as a master so I cant pass the 67, so now Im worryyyyyy

U can also send them an email to be sure about ur processing stage

??? ??? ??? I've heard that continuous degree's point is 20 instead of 25.... isn't it?!!!

but i know 2 person who they have the same situation like u( I mean same NOC and degree).... one of them who his app had been sent to Damascus was rejected because of the reason u said( so he didn't take sufficent point)...... but another who her app had been sent to Warsaw has been accepted and according to her remarks, she is " in processing" :) :) :) , I hope your app would be accepted by Warsaw Officer

Well I agree I don't think it will be a problem. Minor mistakes which you are sending them new forms to correct should be ok.

The only problem I would see is if it were something that would otherwise fail your eligibility (such as not giving you 67 points etc).

The bigger question is why did your agent not spot these mistakes? This is why you are paying him for! ;)

My understanding is when your application goes "IN PROCESS" you are safely through the visa office eligibility review, however you still have background document checks and the rest to go through.

thanks Indira and Silent :D

Heatedly I hope so, R u sure about Warsaw that accepted the Continuous master degree and gave her 25 points for education, I mean u know her or just heard about her , because I thought all the architects with continuous master degree will be rejected (either in Damascus or Warsaw)
now I can be more hopeful
Hope u good news very soon
