Hi Sonir,
Though I don't know what your mistakes are, I think making some mistakes may not pose a serious problem.
It was when London VO recently requested for new IMM5406 form because of a new baby that I just discovered I had omitted the last alphabet from my wife's middle name in the IMM5406 form. Other parts of the form and documents show the correct spelling. They never called me for explain. However, as I always say, many of the actions on the part of VOs depend largely on the officer handling individual cases.
I don't think you should lose your sleep over that. They make mistakes as well.
I remember a case of UK immigration sent a passport without a visa to an applicant with a letter saying that his application has been approved for a 3 years period. When the applicant contacted them, they apologised and stamped a visa in his passport. Errors are part of human lives. DON'T LOSE YOUR SLEEP.

thanks shalom, that is really a morale booster from your side well my mistakes are- writing M.Com in place of MPM in my spouse's educational details, and secondly city of my schooling is wrong too i will send them a cover letter and corrections by tomorrow ( everything else is correct transcripts/marksheets etc) just in the form my agent did these mistakes i hope they take my request in a positive way

PLZ HELP - GOT CONFUSED WITH ADDRESS

Along with Medical Request, I was also asked to submit renwed PCC & Bank Draft for Right For Permanent Residence Fees to LONDON VO.

I was about to courier them the said documents, but I found that I have two addresses to send my documents to

I have also wrote them an email to confirm, but they seems to be taking much time to reply to emails.

Please help me identify the correct address for me to courier

When you actually go there, you realise that those 2 addresses are in fact the same building 38 Grosvenor Street is the side entrance, this is where people queue up to deliver and pick up their passports, and is usually locked - 1 Grosvenor Square is round the corner overlooking the actual square, and this usually has a couple of security guards outside so guess that entrance isn't locked.

Anyway we sent ours to 38 Grosvenor Street and we got our passport requests fine, so I'd advise going with that one - but I suspect it doesn't matter.
