I liked to inform you that, for the past 2 days i was not able to check my e-case status.I usually check twice or thrice everyday.But yesterday and today even though i entered my correct details i am getting this message.....

Have you been following your E-Cas status, How long did it take to add the line : Medicals received after finishing and sending them to London?

My Timeline and pogress was as follows:
- 31 August 2010: Application received in CIO Canada
- 16 December 2010: Email of AOR and PER and File Number
- 9 March 2011: Mail (sent to home address) stating that File was forwarded to Cairo Visa Office
- 12 April 2011: Medical Results Request and RPRF Request
- 21 April 2011: Medical Tests Done and RPRF sent (Money Draft)
- 1 June 2011: Phone Call from Embassy, requesting Passport and also they sent an Email
- 5 June 2011: Passports delivered to Embassy
- 27 June 2011: Email of Confirmation of Visa Issuance, and that it will be sent by DHL
- 30 June 2011: Passports received

And regarding E-cas, it is not accurate at all.
I want to tell you that it remained "Received By Visa Office" "RBVO" until they requested the passports
Then in 3 days (20 June to 23 June) it changed to "In process" with Medical Results received, then "Decision Made".

So, E-cas in my case was not up to date at all.

hi all
please advise me
my score to immigrate was 66 without my aunt's point....so i decided to get my aunt's documents required to start immigration.... but i had

a problem... my aunts was household and live with her doughter. she couldn't gave me an evidence about her working and T4 or something

like that... the only thing that she could provide was her bank transaction and a letter which her bank introduce her as its custumer... i put

this document to my file and took a copy for my self....

after sending my apps and getting file number, I reviewed and found out the transaction is lack of her name or even her accunt number

so i asked again my aunt to send her transaction ( which would be written her name on it)to send VISA OFFICE immediately ??? ???

now i am so worried about it and i don't know that V.O accept this doc or not!! :'( :'( :'(

anybody had have the same experience or not ???? please help

Sorry to hear of your continuing delays. Currently you stand to have the joint-longest post June 26 application because asaif's application was received on the same days as yours and they seem not to have opened that one either!

Seems those who sent early got tied up in all the CAIPS v GCMS wars and ended up taking the longest to process. I just heard from another forum, a March 2011 applicant from London just got medical requests. Yet asaif is a July 2010 applicant and hasn't even gone in process yet. How is that fair What's worse is that London keeping bragging about how they are processing files in strict date order which is utter baloney

Well I certainly hope you hear something soon. Will keep my fingers crossed for you!

Thanks Wayne...I sometimes wonder if they are confusing our application as being pre-June since we filed early?! but theres no way to know/do anyhing about it other than to wait :-(

Dear Seniors,

I need your help!

I applied for FSW in September 2010 with complete documents to the CIO. It has been 10 months since I applied but I never got any confirmation of receipt via e-mail or post.

I recently emailed FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca for a query for which I got an autoreply.

I then tried calling this number 0018882422100 to speak to a human and determine my status or the client ID number, but without success - it does not go through. The machine says it has got to do with a 3 digit number or so.

I would be grateful if you would give me advice regarding my situation as I have given my original documents there.
I need a contact number to speak to CIO at the earliest as I've read in the posts that people have spoken to officials at CIO via phone.

Looking forward to your quick feedback.
