Dear From tomorrow, it will not be 21 for 4 years and you can get points of 2 years experiance as pharmacist, due to its existance in occupation list.

We are in the same situation. Ours also went into "In Process" a few days after our PER and has remained so since. It seems this happens to some of us that got our PER late. I have raised the concern here and the response is that this happens at times and that it should changed ack to RBVO in due course. I am not worried about the wordings on ecas though, I just want to be sure that the VO already has my file as I need to send case specific enquiries on some issue soon.

9j

Dear 9j,
so we are in the same club again 8)
And I am not worried too, I just hoped that they were speeding up :D
It will be RVBO soon then, since the post strike is over ;)

Best wishes,
MiTSch

hello kinjal,

you need at least one year in the listed NOC, and you appear to have it. to be eligible for full points, your experience in the last 10 years must be level 0 or skill type A or B, please visit website to check if teaching falls in any of above categories.

in my case I also had 2 years of experience in the eligible NOC (post 26 June 2010), but was granted full 21 points because my other experience was included in the level 0 and/or skill type A or B.

good luck!

Our address is still there, but our status changed to IN PROCESS (I don't know when).
So it must be some bug because we were never RVBO, just CIO ER COMPLETE and then in process :)
Anyone with the same case?

Best wishes,
MiTSch
same for me...

on 3 August 2011 it will one year since I filed my application and I will be entitled to send case specific inquiries regarding processing times.

I was instructed not to do so within the average processing times of 9-12 months, so will wait with my RVBO status one more month.
