Please turn me to er, er, er, Rainbow or all the colours in the spreadsheet.
I am very happy and grateful to God.

We received your application for permanent residence on December 31, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 10, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 10, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision

"I need to check with bank for my RPRF status"

Congratulations.... :D

Do they need really to make the website down to remove the banner?I do not think so!

the website was down because they were removing banners about the postal strike. I think postal strike is over.

Yep, the Conservatives (thankfully) pushed through Back to work legislation to get Canada Post running again.

MAPLECANQ

Many Congratulations mate..... ;)

I don't think so coz i received my PER February 2, although your right i tracked it and they received it after 2 days and i checked my bank and they inchased the money order after 1 week. What bothers me is that they're so quick in cashing out the money but they dont even send any confirmation for reassurance or peace of mind.

It was June 1, and it arrive there June 6, and was signed for. Do you think it may have to do with when you applied? My PER came Feb 25, so it depends. And were able to track if it reached? As long as u are sure it reached, you should be fine.

Thanks for the truce guys! I have something to add to the CIIP discussion here. The actual sessions advertised on the website are for only 4 countries but thanks to our forum mate Amro, I recently learnt that CIIP sessions can also be taken online. After I registered for the online session I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had 'physical' sessions in Dubai in July, which I have now signed up for.

So for everyone who would like to attend the CIIP but isn't in country from which they can do so, I'd recommend signing up for the online course at least. This is the link:

@ Victory! Congratulations on your Victory!!! :P

Thanks for sharing the information Wendy... ;)

Great news - we are going to CHC London next Thursday (7th July) to deliver the passports so should have the visas stamped in them 2 weeks later (21st July)!!!

Although we have to double check the photo specification because it seems it may have changed AGAIN since we had some photos taken ready a few weeks ago!

Nevertheless we are very excited. Have amended the spreadsheet to passport received colour, ready for changing back to visa issued colour hopefully in a few weeks!

Wayne.

Woooo Excellent news Wayne.... Many Congratulations mate....... :D :D

All this commotion about whether new ministerial instructions will take priorities got me worried about the future of us at slow VO's. I don't think this will affect us unless the point allocation changes, in which case IMO post June might take precedence. I really hope this doesn't happen. If this is the case I am considering re-applying.

Rod :-\

dont worry Rod.. Buffalo will still be painstakingly slow even for Post June 2011 applicants... :)

Hey Rod,

As we are in buffalo, they din't even gave us priority when post June 26, 2010 came.

So even if that is the priority buffalo won't care, isn't this is true.

Thanks,

Pradeep
