Do we still have children on this forum?

Still arguing about lawyers or no lawyers!

This level of immaturity beats me. Why is it anyone else,s business how anybody chooses to go about their application?

Grow up you lot, grow up!!!

And excuse me Spokes, that wasn't a response to your post.

I was about to wish all Accra people the best before I stumbled on this issue of lawyers and consultants.

All the best to all Accra applicants.

congrats wayne and all the best

Congrats Shalom1, God Bless your new born and your family.

Good luck with your visa processing

Regards
Jacob

Hello Admins,
Please turn me to er, er, er, Rainbow or all the colours in the spreadsheet.
I am very happy and grateful to God.
My wife delivered a baby boy this morning.
We can now continue our applications from where we stopped.

Congrats to Kolhapuri, Wayne, Bindu, and everyone who received good news.

Shalom

Hey guys, just a moment ago I checked my e-cas and It was DECISION MADE where it said..

..We received your application for permanent residence on November 5, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 21, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 27, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
...
My one query..Does DECISION MADE mean they have already stamped the VISA and dispatched???

Hey Guys please update my status to "DECISION MADE" I think it changed yesterday i.e. June 25

Thanks to all our friends in this great forum,
Regards,
Jojokab
congrats jojokab

I belive ECAS is updated every day, gone are the days when it was updated only on Thrusday & Teusdays, my ECAS changed on saturday.

Please correct me if I'm wrong,

But I sincerly belive checking the ECAS three times a day will make matters worse for health, its better to check once in a day.

Regards
Jacob

I wasn't arguing or attempting to generate any arguments. I made one comment regarding how ill-advised leaving your application with a consultant for delivery would be - given that the rules or the forms could change on or just prior to 1st July - and I was then accused of all manner of derogatory motives, so I felt I had to defend it.

If you don't like reading about "lawyers or no lawyers", then nobody is forcing you to read about it. This is an immigration forum so the various merits of hiring or not hiring lawyers is a very relevant topic.

And I am 38 years old so I can assure you I am not a child.
Wayne.

The confused kid with the pathological habit of having the last word advising others to grow up. Joke of the day

I will always be "around" and will respond to PMs, and will be on the forum although as I get busier preparing to sell the house / study for jobs and get ready for Canada I will get less and less time available to spend on here, so I might not get time to check the thread every day - but I will still be here :)

Wayne.

I was trying to help people who will be submitting apps after 1 july and highlighting to them the pitfalls of incorrect forms and keeping their apps with consultants. People doing their app on their own are more hands on and they do check things regularly. People using consultants leave that responsibility to the consultants. Queencougar and several others got it and said it was a good advice.

Some people want to take it and make it personal but i will leave it there.
