LONDON UPDATE: First visa for post june 2010

Thanks to all of you and this great forum.

I have collected my passport today and got the Immigrant visa valid upto march, 2012 along with COPR and other instructions

I am so much happy and thankful to Almighty then all the precious inputs by the generous people here.

ONE thing i want to make sure, there is NO PICTURE on the visa ... so is it normal or they made a mistake? please confirm me...
Planning to settle in Vancouver and flying plans in late september. I will be happy to assist anyone around. Please do not hesitate.

Hey Folks... Finally day has come... We got most precious “Decision Made”.... I Don't know when our status got changed.. since I was busy with my official assignments last week and didn't get time to check the status.... Hoping to receive passports by tomorrow.... Thanks everyone for your kind support...

Just now I have received my passport's back with maple leaf.... Visa issued date 14/06/2011... I'm having mix feelings little tensed & happy too...

folks!
Another bad luck!!! as of june 15th total complete application received by CIO in NOC 3112 has reached 1000)
and my reapplication reached there on 9th june, do you think i will be within this Cap....my CC has not been encashed till now.
Please share ur opinion in this regard.

Buffalo's silence is killing me. I think this is the first week, in a long time, that I have not read anything in the forum about any movement whatsoever in Buffalo :-\ Looks like it started hibernating (perhaps has the seasons wrong?)...

I checked buffalo's website today. They have apparently installed a new computer system in all
their US offices and it's likely that this whole hibernation thing is a consequence of their system
upgrade. I'd assume that the immigration department is also affected by the system upgrade.
This is my speculation, though.
