My attorney is bassed in the US. I really have no idea where he got this info from and I doubt if he has any insiders he would let me know.... All I can say is that his prediction ofr my PER was accurate (althoulgh most of us here in the forum could predict a PER). IDK what to beleive and as well as many forum members I am just starting to take it one day at a time.

I have been looking at the timelines for pre-june applicants that CIC publishes and Buffalo use to take 5 months longer than New Delhi. So I think we might start hearing soon. Who knows...

Thanks Moori.
We hope to complete the medical as soon as the baby is born. Its only my wife's X-ray that is left.
The DMP confirms that our medical results were fine. As soon as the baby is born, we will get him a passport, submit the application and hope to get quick medical request for the baby from VO. Then both baby and the wife can visit the DMP again.

Hi everyone...my ECAS status has changed to DECISION MADE and it reads as follows:

We received your application for permanent residence on November 18, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 24, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 19, 2011.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

It's only 21 days (24/05/2011) since I sent my passport to NDVO with PCC. Medical was done on 12th May though.
I am a bit nervous abt what the decision wud be.

I hope the final decision will be a positive one and praying for that.
I wish & pray everyone get their visas soon.

Case in point, here we had a fellow amusing us by taking our Ecas addresses away, and putting them back, on a regular basis... for some of us suffering through the dormant state of the Buffalo, it was like feeling a heart beat... and now that pleasure is gone.

Come back Ralfie!! Take those addresses away! Bring back the good old days!
Amazing how little it takes to please us Buffalonians nowadays
