It's lazy Saturday till I checked my ecase status. Yes It's Decision Made. 8)

I am very happy to see this status and I am thankful to you all who supported me in those waiting days and you all get it very soon.

Its party time for me and waiting for the passports ( Hope I will get the same with in this coming week ).

Hello Reza,

It always nice to see people from same NOC...i tried to find many but there are very few. i am working in Weatherford as Sr. EPF Engineer in theri testing and production department. i recieved my PER on 9th june. as per current scenario...you will get your PER on 6th or 7th July..INSHALLAH..

I'm so sorry about delaying in reply.I am so happy that we have same NOC,I am working for OIDS company as a Oil well Drilling Supervisor.Once I sent my documents on 12th April,unfortunately CIO returned my documents because I forgot to send my Birth certificate and of course I sent two Birth certificate of my wife.I sent my document once again on 20th May and they recieved it on 26th May.Fortunately they encached on 9th June and now Iam waiting for my PER.In your experience,when I recieve it?
Any way I will be happy to contact you and share our experience.I am waiting for your emails and massages.

Nice to see that Ekram Bhai already got his "Decision Made". Now, lets see how long they take to send the MR

after how many days ur status changed into in process from RBVO?
and after how many days u got 2nd AOR letter from RBVO status?

I got my PER on FEB 8th 2011. RBVO on 2nd March 2011. 2nd AOR dated on 9th March 2011. and now E-cas status changed to "In Process" on June 9th 2011. Took them 3 months for "In Process".

Dear mikey2010,
Cool down. Our moderators are doing an excellent job. I have not reeived my visa yet and only my sttaus is decision made. I live in Nepal and it takes some time to receive passports through consulate office in Nepal. They usually give passports back on tuesdays. So I am hoping to get my PPs back this Tuesday or by next Tuesday at the latest. Thanks for your concerns though and wish you good luck.

The letter show date is May, 25. It means 1 month after the sending MR.

I hope that all of you in this 4R will get good news as me.

Got our PER at last!!!!!!!!!!


I am actually on sick bed at the moment and shouting, wife is shocked, Nurses are here, thought I am loosing it, NO! I am actually not. I am fine now. Really, now I know all will be well. Going for a CAT scan in the morning, but I know all will be well. I am happy, happy happy............................

Hello friends,
Unfortunately, I have some bad news.

I contacted CIC immediately after I received an unfair NER. However, they stuck to their guns and insisted that the decision was final. Even though the decision sounds very ridiculous (telling me my highest education was high school when they assigned me full points for work experience as a physician).

I believe everything in life happens for a reason and since there is no formal appeal process, I have decided to accept the decision in good fate.....life has to go on. Since I finished a masters program a few months ago from Canada, I now have a lot of points to spare so I am planning to reapply in the near future once I gather the necessary documents again.

To the seniors here and everyone in this forum who has offered kind advices and have been supportive, I say thank u. Please you can now remove me from the active spreadsheet.

And one final question, I suppose at this point I will be getting a refund. Anybody knows how long it takes to get a refund after a refusal?

for refund - you would received the draft in 20-25 days

i did my medical 10 days ago for me all medical test but for my wife which is the main applicant we didnt do the x-ray coz she is pregnant . now we we will send pcc for me and my wife and recicept of paying fee of landing as asked by my visa office . my question is it is needed to enclose with pcc and receipt of fee other cover letter telling the visa office that we did our medical in date x and in doctor x and my wife is pregnant so she didnt do the x-ray for her and the expected date of delivery is 11 july 2011 and ask the visa office for the documents needed to add the baby to the application when he come to save time when my wife give birth i send direct the document not wait for sending e-mail when the baby come and wait for answer from them which will take time and delay my time. or postpone these untill she give birth please advice me thanks in advance
