None of us, including folks who are waiting for as many as 90 days after passport submission to NDVO have got a confirmation that the passports have been received on file. Whereas you have received that confirmation from NDVO.

If I were in your shoes, I would wait for my day to come!

PS: You indicated that you can get 'insider info' from NDVO, so why not try and get info on whether your passports are safe on the file too :P :P?

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.
;D :D

members here are waiting from long time to see their staus to change from RBVO to IN PROCESS and this MAHI almost got his PR...but still so angry with NDVO :D ;D

Hello to all!
Just wanna ask if is there anyone in this forum currently residing or used to live in Saudi Arabia? I have issue with my current employer...we are base here in Abu Dhabi and by next month or so... i might be transfered to Saudi...my documents for Immi are still IN_PROcess Status...i just want to ask how will affect my application if i will aaccept the tranfer...pls..seniors need your feedbacks as well...thanks in advance...
how much time do you think i have to wait to get MR and PPC consiering that my apps is in LOndon VO...in-process last June02,2011?

Applications are processed based on the info provided on the forms and situations prevailing at the time of application. Only thing is the officer might want to consider the total years of work experience at the time of processing, in case some points can be added to pass the application.

Otherwise, I don't think your application will be affected if you quit your job, change work locations, change employers, change occupations, change designations within the NOC etc.,

London processing times are so erratic and only Dr. Hasib can tell you when you can expect your MR :)

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Hi guys.. im new to this forum... i seek an advise from you seniors. i have completed my medicals on 22nd march and submitted my passports on 23rd march. my rprf was encashed on the 7th of april and i received the receipt for the same. My ecas is showing inprocess with the medical received time line. i am yet to receive the passports even after 76 days. Any chance of the passports getting misplaced at CHC....? what is the next option please suggest...

Hi Mahi1122,

I don't think your passports can get lost in CHC. You should wait for them. As the ND VO has picked with the processing of files for sure you would get back your stamped PPs soon.

Best of luck.

Thanks

Kittu

hi seniors,

I hav one prob.
My passport is before marriage n i havnt updated spouse status. Yesterday i went for PCC n they said they wil issue PCC as a single not married n it wil create porb for spouse while issusing visa as i am prime applicant. They told me to re-issue passport.
My question is can i send my single status PCC or shud i re-issue passport n then apply for PCC?
Which option is better coz if i get passport wid normal process im getting appointment in end of july n after tht it will take 40 days.
To apply under tatkal verification from higher authority is required which is not possible 4 me.
Plz suggest some way.

Regards,
kg

thanks kittu thanks a lot for reviving my hopes...will keep my fingers crossed :)

Hi Friends

I feel I would receive a message from Damascus VO today probably asking for our medicals.
It might sound a little silly but as far as I understood from Damascus, unlike other visa offices TFD in Damascus is 120 days.
As I received our PER on Feb. 9 2011, I have a feeling which tells me within few days, I hope today, our status changes to IN PROGRESS and we are asked for medicals. I know there are some fortune tellers here, Dr. Hasib is one of them, and I hope they have something to advise me.

I wish best of luck for all friends in the forum

Regards
Bahman

Hi Bahman,

May your wish come true. I hope and pray that all the VOs would work faster and relieve us of the tension we are going through.

all the best

Thanks

Kittu

Try to get PCC from local police commissioner's office. I don't think you need to get the passport reissued a this point of time, when CHC did not insist on it.

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.
