NOTHING IS WRITEN THERE EXCEPT MY OLD PASSPORT NO. I HAVE MENTIONED MY TRAVEL HISTORY THAT I AM LIVINING HERE FOR LAST FOUR YEARS AND I HAVE ATTACHED MY VISA COPY ALSO. TODAY I WENT OUR EMBASSY THEY TOLD TO MAKE A EFIDAVIT REGARDING THIS ISUE THEY WILL ATTEST IT. THEN I MADE AND THEY ATTESTED IT. I HAVE MY ACCIDENT REPORT AND HOSPITAL REPORT. AS I TOLD AT THE TIME OF ACCIDENT I TOLD TO POLICE AND EMBASSY THAT I LOST OLD PASSPORT BUT THEY REPLIED NO PROBLEM IT IS EXPIRED AND CANCELED SO NO ACTION REQUIRED.

NOW I SHOULD SEND THESE DOCUMENTS TO CHC LONDON FOR THEIR INFORMATION. PLEASE GUIDE ME

Congrats! Although you won't get 2nd AOR since London do not issue these for post-June-2010 applications, so the next thing you will hear is medical requests, which will likely take around a month from when you go in process.

Alas London continues its pattern of discontinuity- we have March 2011 going In Process now and still some July/Aug/Sep 2010 applicants are waiting!!!

There is no other way. You can send them a letter or an online query but more likely than not you will receive a standard reply (if you are lucky enough to get a reply !!) and that too after a month or so.
