I am repeating the same question that "How come e-case status keep on changes on weekends?"

It's not fixed. Many a times it changed during weekdays also. As for the weekend is concerned - either they ARE working OR the eCAS software is such that it gets updated only after 18-24 hrs of input!!.... ;D

BTW, They enchased our RPRF on 24th May and sent a copy with PPR req....no additional info or explanation requedsted.

My number starts wth B 0.

The letter starts with.....Dear .....we are now ready to issue your visa......

Today, a good number of SGVO applicants got the status “RBVO” after a long wait. In addition, a good number of SGVO applicants who were stuck in “In process” got MR recently.
Therefore, it can be expected that SGVO applicants who have been stuck in “RBVO” status might get the status “In process” in no time...most probably within 12 June 2011.

as far i observed....the NDVO is requesting for MEDICALS within 2-3 months after 2 AOR irrespective of the date of application filed at CIO. In the spreadsheet i have seen that @NDVO after bhavikpatel next one whos status changed is Mayank... n the memebers i between are inactive...so i guess the NDVO is working on applicants who recied 2 AOR in march - april

Well, they did not tell me how to pay the fees. But I have assumed they wanted me to pay in Citibank as the case now is within Cairo VO and it has nothing to do with CIO.

The IMM8 has some space in page 2 to put your child information in. Just make a new one updated with the child information.

Blank form enclosed doesn't mean anything except that they have sent me a blank form attached with their email.

First of all this is totally unfair they are asking for new fees. It was their fault so they are liable for the fees. You must write them in your new cover letter that it was their fault so either they should refund your old fees or not to charge you new fees. All relevant information means

1) Copy of NER received before and your explanation that you were wronlgy assessd for wrong NOC by CIC officer. Also provide photocopies of forms if you have when you first applied to Nova scotia showing that you filled correctly all the forms and put right NOC for yourself.

2) He / she is stressing on one thing to send these documents to the particular address as he / she can be a senior officer who wants to assess your case.
