Hi all, we sent a email to our advisor/agent asking if there was any time scales they knew of yet ref our app, received a answer this morning saying London CIC have been advising everyone severe delays in processing times, can expect it to be at least 8 months before we hear further. They dont beleive any benifit can be made by contacting them at this stage,if not heard by Oct contact at that stage. I feel rather sad, thats almost 2 years we have been trying as our first app was returned, then had to reapply under new rules. It seems to be never ending, sorry to sound a little grumpy today, just feeling rather sad over the timelines now. Goodluck to all that is waiting to hear and congrats to all that has had good news. :-[

Hi Smiler,
Please relax yourself and keep Smiling. Your agent, IMO, is out of touch with current info.
London VO is working though slowly.
Best wishes.

Hi Amar,

I wish this comes out to be true. Someone informed yesterday that his friend's file submitted before June2010 is not being entertained for his occupation is not listed in the current demand.

If so, what would happen to the files of the applicants after June 2010 whose NOC codes are not listed in July 2011 list?

Thanks

Kittu

I am sure you will get Visa before the next list gets processed.. as the new law will have more things to be taken care off and applicants will take some time to get it done. So post June 2011 will put applications by Sept 2011.

Cheers Wayne,i bet my husband is glad he is working away this week lol. Being a member of this forum is great, you get to read about so many peoples applications and realise we are all going through the same, and expecting the same at the end of the LONG rocky road.Goodluck to all ;D

I called my bank yesterday to enquire if my RPRF has been cashed. They promised to set a case enquiry for me and call back as soon as they know the status.
Someone just called me from the bank (Barclays)to confirm that it has not been cashed.
It seems nothing is going on in my case as CHC London is waiting for my new baby to arrive and send in his application.
I won't wait for too long as my wife is due towards end of the month.
Hopefully, the wheel will start rolling again from next month.
Best wishes to everyone in this new month.

Shalom

Hi Anil,

RPRF Fees for all adults ...................... answer in advance

Kittu

Thanks for raising this doubt Kittu

* For dependent children of PA / sponsor, a child to be adopted or an orphaned brother, sister, niece, nephew or grandchild. ...... the fees is EXEMPTED
* Yes, it is to be payable at ND ...and sent to ND.
* No, for NDVO there is no box sort of facility (at least for PP). You can't handover the PPs in person.

Cheers, Anil

What's really annoying about London is that when people have emailed them asking why they are processing so out of turn, they reply back saying stop whining, we are processing in strict chronological order (which they are clearly not!!!).

Finally I can ask admins to change the unsightly white colour row to blue .
Finally Im really in the race of Canada PR application marathon.
Finally I can feel with happiness by some way of progress.
Finally I received my PER .

My PER is considered one of the most difficult PER in this forum. Because I was suffered a lot to catch up.
I sent my first application since 25th of june 2010 to my consultant ,But my consultant was took couple of days to reviewed and quality control my application. As aresult ,This few days caused to me to re-apply after the new pre-26 june rules . :-\ :'(
Then,I started to collect all documents supposrt,IELTS...etc,and I sent my application again to CIO in 5th of oct 2011 :'( :'(.But,Unfourtunatly,in 20th of january 2011 I received the shocked request to submit the IELTS GT instead of IELTS academic. So ,I spent much time (about 4 months )to re-set the IELTS GT exam to get the same points to get the pass mark.Whith out doubt this situation was put me under stress .Therefore I spent much time and efforts to reach my pass mark points by submit more documents ,So I also complete and submit my master of MBA in order to get more points.

Lastly,I sent my attached document before one day of dead line,And .......you know ....my friend .....the end of this long story.....
I got the champion PER .

So,now this is the celebration time.Definitly,I cant forget in this wondrful moments all my brothers and friend who support and advice me to keep going on this.and I want to send special thanks for: Hazem Canady ,Amr Moori,Magdi,Cairo,Amro alsaid,Engy,Wayne capptiono ,ahmed saif and all my brothers those I may forget.

Thanks again for all.

Alshami

Congratulations Alshami... :D :D
Wish you good luck and faster processing for the remaining steps... ;)
