I'm back :):)

Hasib, where are you :o :o :o :o. You are a hell of a fortune teller! I thank you for your prediction 8).

We got decision made on ECAS. Unsure when this changed as i was sick and ooto for 10 days. Prab confirmed he saw In Process sometime last week though.

I really hope this is a good news :)

I thank all of you out here for your support and kindness.. I am now recovering from Enteric fever and was back from hospital yesterday. Feels great to see so many PMs of 'Take Care'.. This forum is so precious for me..

I wish all of us receive visas soon and fly into the next chapter of life together..

I am not returning to Chennai, until mid - June, so Prab has to courier me the visas and passports once he receives them.

Thanks to Shadab for posting the good news on his thread earlier :)

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Indira,

Hi Wicked Blues,

Not sure how much this information helped - it appeared the first time then and has never gone since then

Dear Friends,
My eCAS status has changed from In Process to "DECISION MADE" from this evening.
When I click on the link it displays as - A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

CONGRATS, Visa is on it's way!

Kind regards,
Louise!

To everybody who has a previous file with VO

As a policy matter they cannot withdraw an old application unless until they have made a decision to grant you VISA under the new file.

So people who are looking at "Withdrawn"....Lucky...your VISA is on the way

Cheers

Amar

Sounds logical..
But can you provide the source from which you have this information or is it just guessing

ND VO - Those who have got the "Decision made" or are "in process" since last 2 months

Can you check your RPRF receipt and let me know the following "what is printed in your client field". It can be found in the receipt just below your File ID (printed in the receipt)

I have just noticed in our case that they have printed the bank draft number in our client field.

New reply from the Ministerial office regarding the London situation.
"Dear Mr. queencougar:

I am replying to your e-mail of May 20, 2011, addressed to the Honourable Jason Kenney, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, concerning your Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) application.

I note your concerns about the processing times for FSW applications at the London visa office. However, there is little I can add to the information contained in the e-mail sent to you on May 11, 2011.

The Government of Canada treats applications from all countries equally and all decisions are based solely on the merits of an application, health and security. All applications are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis in each mission. The visa office in London will contact you when they need further information in order to continue processing your application.

While I realize that this situation is distressing to you, I trust that the information provided is of assistance."

Pardon my language, but what a load of b******s!

It is a load of crap indeed!!!! :-X
I don't know what they are thinking but it's seems like they won't even consider to take a look at the spreadsheet!
It is PROOF that the first come-first serve DOESN'T excist!!! >:(
What use is it to write to Mr Kenney, if they will not take this proof into considuration?
A bit hardheaded, don't you think?

Well, the only thing I can say to you is: hang in there, soon you and your husband will be reunited with an approved LMO! :-*

Kind regards,
Louise!
