GOOD NEWS IS ON THE WAY!

Not want to sound pessimistic but Buffalo VO is closing down so that they can process temporary resident visa mail in applications which have got accumulated. They did not mention that it is to remove the back log of FSW or permanent resident applications. Below is the excerpt from the buffalo site
"This closure is necessary to enable us to deal with an unprecedentedly large inventory of mail-in applications that have pushed our processing times for such applications to record lengths. Our goal is to use this time to eliminate this backlog completely".

But i still hope that PR applicants hear asap from buffalo.

my rprf encashed date was April 13th and im from mumbai.pcc sent with application.my ecas changed to decision made today 29th May.

Kudos to ND VO officers they are working even on Sundays. hope they do some magic with my application as well. The surprising thing is that NOC code 1122 is getting most priority whereas other NOCs are left stranded. I think there is a policy change internally to prioritize some NOC codes over the other.

I have also applied on March 23, 2011, I have received my PER on April 20, 2011 then received e-mail from Manila Visa Office on May 10, 2011 that they received my application. Can you guys give me an idea as to when should I receive a medical request? Thank you and God bless to everyone!

Although you may wish to look at where many of the July, August and September applicants are before using words such as "long wait" and "finally"
