congratulation man my case as u i got medical cairo visa office i contact the visa office of cairo telling them that ur wife is pregnant and she will not do the x-ray? sorry for make u tired by all my question but realy i dont know what i will do thank u in advance
Thanks Emadg
I did the medical in Kuwait as I work here and my family on a visit visa here,I'm the principal applicant, I received the request on wednesday.
The pregnancy is on 12 weeks now, If I knew they will not do X-ray for pregnancy reason, I would do the X-ray and keep it earlier with informing the assigned doctor approval - The pregnancy happened during this visit time - that what happened, now my wife did all the medical except the x-ray, I don't know how this will affect my application and visa issuance .
By sending the medical on my account I mean that I have to pay to the courier, the doctor and I will call the courier company and I will pay from my account " pocket "
The visa office asked for the medical and RPRF only , I didn't inform the Visa Office that my wife is pregnant as I didn't think it will affect the applicaion, no baby is born yet to change the application but I think I should write an explaination letter and see where this will take us
No problem for asking anything as we here to help each other
For me I was going to hire a lawer but I found he is not telling the truth, out of date , giving insructions in the last minute, was takng it as business case while it's my FUTURE so I ran away, Afriend told me about this forum and here I'm , I just do like you , ask for help here and I always find here
Best of luck

Total application received for NOC 3112 has reached 853 till may 20th, so experts please pour ur views if i will be able to count up in the cap for this year or do i wait for next year. Just being more cautious about my luck, coz i will be able to send my documents by next week and as it reaches CIO it will be 2nd week of JUNE.
I find it so risky to reapply and my luck again not favoring this time too coz of maximum cap reached by the time my file gets opened by CIO.

Fixed...

Hi,

I had posted my application details few days back. I saw my details on the Immigration Tracker sheet and I had some corrections to propose (in my details) to the moderator. My ID is BhaktiUjjwal on this sheet too.

My 2nd AOR date would be 7 April 2011 as that is what the formal letter is dated as.

Secondly, the 3 columns that calculate days surpassed (Columns M, N, O) have not been set up for me.

I think only the moderator can make these changes. Will be great if this is done.

Many thanks,

BhaktiUjjwal

I think you should b fine.......If it took 11 months to reach 853, it's unlikely that the next 2 weeks will see another 150 applications......Do you have a reason to believe it could surpass that or has there been a flood of applications in the last couple of months?.....If not, you are good to go.....

Oh Oh Oh, magdy!!!

I'm sorry. I'm not contributing in the forum lately because:

1) I was extremely frustrated and i didn't want to transfer any negative feelings through the forum:
(frustration :(, anger >:( and sadness :'()

2)I'm quite busy between my work and studying for some exams related to Microsoft as my online exam will be next Sunday. ???

Any way, I have to share this very funny story:

Today, my wife (the main applicant) has received a phone call from Cairo VO. My wife told me, she was shocked :-X :-X :-X :-\ :-\ :-\ because instead of hearing from them regarding the medicals which is extremely delayed, the officer asked her about clarification of (what they have already asked about before) And surprisingly, they didn't open the package that contain the requested documents. And it seems that they may lost it!!!!!!:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( :o :o :o :o :o :o

The officer was surprised that we have already sent them the package. She asked about the method we sent it and what dose it contain exactly :-X :-X :-X :-X :-X She told my wife that they will look for it and will contact her if required.

Another funny part that we have inquired three times. The first one to ask for our deadline, the second was to confirm if they have received the package and the third time was to inform them that we did not stick their labels as we have received the second AOR on 27th of April after we have already sent the package although it was dated 9th of March. And they never replied to any of our inquiries. >:( >:( >:( >:(

Even though I'm quite mad of their carelessness and their ignorance, but I'm a little bit relieved (only little) that i knew that they didn't open the package and look at the papers. Because i'm not convinced that they'll take 2months to verify them!!! :o :o :o

The original application was sent to CIO: 2/9/2010
PER : 21/12/2010
RVO : 4/3/2011
Call to request clarifications : 30/3/2011
A package was deliver directly in VO mail box: 18/4/2011
Another call to ask for the same things :26/5/2011

Thank you, magdy for asking and hope you and Cairo will receive your passport request next week. And engy as well. I really wish you, guys all all the best ;D ;D ;D

Thank you so much smaar for your call. I was really pleased with it. :) :) I wish you the best, brother and i wish you hear from them ASAP. You have been waiting sooooo much

I'm really grateful to you, Moori. Your last PM really made a difference. ;)

Congratulations to all who received good news specially to you, Victoria. :)

Terribly sorry for all the bad news i read lately on the forum. :(

Terribly sorry for Indira's illness. :o My prayers to get well very very soon.

Dear Canady,
I can feel your frustration .Cairo VO is really waisting your time by their carelessness. But I think they will reach your documents soon and update the file.
I have an idea. If you have a scanned copy of your requried documents you can send it via email to their email cairo.visa@international.gc.ca and ask them to confirm the receive of your digital copy .They can work on them till they locate your envelope.Do not forget to write both CIO and Cairo VO file numbers.
Best wishes for you and your sweet family,
Engy
