Ok dude I will put my thoughts on this as requested
Firstly a few things which I understand
1) If you have a consultant, their address rather than yours will show on ECAS
2) If you have several applications under process, they should all appear on the same ECAS account
I assume on your new application you have not elected to have a representative? ECAS may struggle to know the difference because of several applications under one account, which may be why your ex representatives address is showing.
Best solution would be to cancel the representative on your backlog application, so then your address should definitely show.
