Heartiest congratulations to those crossing over to the other side!
London, where are your good news communications?
We have just sent another e-mail to the Minister's office in reply to their reply to our original e-mail once again pointing out the fact that the "Procedural fairness" of processing applicants in order of receipt (to which they refer in their reply) IS NOT HAPPENING and also that when they told us it was 13 months processing for FSW, they did not take into account the fact that we are Category 2, for which the London site quotes 6 months.
I will let you all know what his representative replies, although if the last one was anything to go by, they will not answer the diret questions and will not acknowledge the evidence presented to support our statements.
Hey-ho.
Still RBVO since March 3rd. ::)

Sorry guys ...... I was out of this wonderful thread for few days ... was running from pillar to post ...for new passport .... :'( :'( ....... 'Tatkal' (means immediate) procedure sucks in Hyderabad ..... more details on request .. :P :P

OK ... bad news ....... Our dear friend Ashok could not make it in the interview. The basic topic and the motive for rejection itself was rediculous ...... 'NOC duties (1122) not matching'. Then why the interview was called?? .... they could have simply raised the query through mail / letter!! ....... Even after 1/2 an hour of convincing there was no success ...... instead of giving chance with a positive outlook, VO started off with the denial.
Don't worry Ashok ....... may be there is something much better coming in your way ............ ;)

Anil
welcome back Anil
so sorry to hear this bad news of ASHOK.

PJ,

Where did you get that info from? Who knows if its 17months from CIO received it or since the VO... Anyways I have some hopes that the VO clossing in June helps move things a bit. And since the order is completely random and I applied a month after cforcanada maybe I'll hear something next month.... But who knows... :-\

Just wishfull thinking I guess

If Buffalo can really live up to their promise of processing us within 17mons, I don't expect anything until August 2012. How about you?

Finally I got my Medical Request and PCC request by mail today. It was dated 11th May. Me and my wife have 60 days to submit them. Police reports are required from our home country. FBI report is asked from US. I hope I am gonna make this deadline for FBI. I applied for FBI on 1st week of May.

Looks like they are asking for detail Medical report. Chest x-ray, HIV etc. I smoke 2-3 cigarettes/day and drink about 6 pk beer/week, hope this is not going to create a problem for me.

Guys any suggestion for clear x-ray and clean medical report :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P

I pray that all of you get your medical soon.

Note: Buffalo is finally awake.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW
CONGRATULATIONS

Hi Engy, should your results send to Cairo or London??

Also, note that we assume only 3-4 % of the total applicants are registered to this forum., There are more than 90% of applicants out there too, so we cannot say VO is not working or got slow down. In fact they are getting us (in this forum) some news every week, so must be in good pace.... at least NDVO !!

This is all my belief & calculations.. !! :)

Lets hope they pick up with super speed for all of us.

I was thinking about doing the same thing!
But hey, don't need to send the minister another angry FSW2 mail...
But maybe we all should? ;)
I wonder what kind of "answer" you will get this time!

Kind regards,
Louise!
