BTW the name for our fb group, should we stick to the 'PJ26'?

I suggest a few folks, interested in administering the group, to PM me so we can take it forward and create the group.

My consultant is Polinsys from Kochi .... They seems to be not much interested in getting things rectified .. instead has asked me to re apply if the category is in the next list .. >:(

Sorry to hear the news.
How did they let u know, did they email or informed through mail? If u get 17 points from your experiencem does that make you get less than 67 points in total?
In my opinion, if you are contacting the VO directly (which you should do to give a try), then u may check whether u need to fill some form to cancel the consultant's representation of your case.
Good luck, I hope they reconsider ur case.

18 bucks incliudes the mailing charges..only fingerprints are required.. no photos

Please I need your advise for those who already applied for an FBI certificate. I will be applying for an FBI certificate, how long does it take for the certificate to be processed? I read in their website that it takes 16 weeks,is it really this long? Do I need to pay extra for the mailing charge so they can mail it back to me or the 18 dollars already include the mailing charge? Do I need to send a photo or the fingerprints already sufficient? I hope somebody can enlighten me with my questions. Many thanks!!!

So Finally good moves from ND VO.

So many turned in to In Process & some got Medical & One got VISA.

Lets hope they pick up with super speed for all of us.

Mayank

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Thank you very much sonir and indira... :)

I really understand like me many senior members of this forum eagerly waiting for their visa.I believe NDVO is the best among other VO's, nowadays i really don't know what made them to slow down on our cases....

Hope things will move fast in future by god's grace.

With Regards,

Jeevan

Dear Mathew

It is a shear negligence on part of VO. And I don't have correct words for your good consultant ..... please highlight the firm's name ...... we have to Be aware of dogs ....

Your experience of 2 years (min 1 year required) should have been considered as basic necessity. And the rest of experience for points. Here the consultant did the blunder of putting the same NOC for both the cases.

Try to fix a lawyer as soon as possible ..... if not shoot a fax immediately - clearly stating your mistake (typo error or cut-paste same NOC or oversight of NOC & putting the same under both the job profiles). Accept the mistake and ask politely to reconsider your application. Everything remains the same except that your NOC will change in your 2nd job profile. Try your level best .... and I am sure if they are sensible humans, they will listen to you and understand the matter. It also makes me think about that 'sensible humans' part - they should have called you for the interview to get this thing clarified or atleast sent a query for clarification, before coming on to DM .... and they called Ashok for interview..... ??? .... with same result - Denial.

I wish good for you Mathew ...... don't worry. Take care.

Cheers, Anil

Thx for the support Anil Bhai ..

The job for which I could not claim points comes under Skill Level - B , Major group 62 - 621 Sales and Service Supervisor , NOC 6212... But I'm just helpless here .. My beloved consultant messed it up big time .. I'm going to explain them the situation and let me see what the outcome is ..

Hi toothfairy:

First time FBI certificates took two months for me, second time one month, and this third time it has been a month and I still have not received it. You don't need to pay extra, the amount mentioned is sufficient. No photos are needed, just fingerprints... However do zerox everything for your records before sending everything off. Hope this helps,

Cam

Call the customer service of FBI and also give a cover letter mentioning your deadline and urgency....I did that and got my certificates in 28 days.

If Buffalo can really live up to their promise of processing us within 17mons, I don't expect anything until August 2012. How about you?
