Just noticed that instead of getting positive vibes in this month, there are lot scary news popping.

Hope everything goes the positive side.

We received your application for permanent residence on October 5, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 7, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 17, 2011.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Please, guys, I need your help. After a ten days being RBVO, it has changed to Decision made today. Does it mean that our application is refused?!:(

I have noticed that you've applied under registered nurses.

How much experience you have shown and what about the points (borderline case or not).

For those who find sites like gumtree very useful here in the UK, I think you will find this site very useful in your research.

http://alberta.kijiji.ca/

Just change the province to your preferred province and pick the town you prefer to settle in. You can get information about the available apartments, the monthly rent and all the relevant information you would love to research about before getting there.

The site is like the Canadian equivalent of the UK gumtree. I hope all those currently doing their research will find this useful.

I have 4 years of experience as a licensed practical nurse and I also finished registration process in Canada, but yes-pretty much borderline. :(

In addition to using the fax route also give a thought to visiting ND VO personally.......mptocanada did it successfully but I'm not aware as to what exactly was his/her situation......

Please I need your advise for those who already applied for an FBI certificate. I will be applying for an FBI certificate, how long does it take for the certificate to be processed? I read in their website that it takes 16 weeks,is it really this long? Do I need to pay extra for the mailing charge so they can mail it back to me or the 18 dollars already include the mailing charge? Do I need to send a photo or the fingerprints already sufficient? I hope somebody can enlighten me with my questions. Many thanks!!!
