What a strange and personal thing to ask!!! I wonder why they have asked this? It cannot be that they think they are charging you for finding a job offer as they might with a Category 2 in recent fraudulent applications. that is not applicable to you a a Category 1.
The other questions are reasonable enough.

Aaaah! I wondered if that was so but it didn't seem to be applicable to Cat 1. If they had asked a Cat 2 I could have understood it.
Maybe it is that your representative that has the dodgy reputation at CIC - not your fault at all, I might add, or maybe they are just monitoring Immigration Consultants very closely at the moment.
That is good, because it will stop other applicants being falsely offered the chance of a job by unscrupulous agents.
I hope everything goes well for you after this telephone interview.

Thanks Wayne, sure needed that lift. Must says congrats to those who have received visas,MR,RPRF,PCC and other document requests. Hope with the update of Ecas we will see positive moves and the waking up of the VOs that are fast asleep. I do hope that this week will be a very productive one.

Finaly I have got my passport back Stamped with an immigrant visa valid till date of expirey of the medicals
They have also included a CPR i.e Confirmation of Permanent Residence which is a document showing my details and holding one photo of me

They have clearly mentioned to have the visa and the CPR document with me when I land. They advised to accompany birth certificate ,school and university transcipts with me as supporting documents. Also they have given some links to read to help with working,housing and landing. Obviously, they have returned some documents that I intially sent to CIO like the university transcipt and the birth certificate translated and reference letters of employers. However they have kept the contracts and the IELTS certificate.
