Try sending an email. Case Specific Query - IMO does not fetch an early revert. All the best!

Sometimes I feel we made a mistake by sending our passports and rprf too early obviously hoping for a better result. However it is turning out to be a test of patience. Hope the delay at least results into a positive outcome.

We really don't know whether calling for passports and encashing our rprf means anything.

We it's a positive sign - that they at least called for the documents. Patience brother patience. I know how it feels. I have gone through those (most) torturous between the 9th of April and the 3rd of May. Was on full gas. But eventually (thanks to all ym well-wishers) all ended well.
ND VO does work. Trust me.

better do both.. i have sent case specific enquiry 3-4 times.. never received a reply.. email worked though but the response was crap

for me it took a week, first time they sent me a crap and then i asked for clarifications and then I got good reply.

hi .i need to ask question ,if the new system which will be applied i june 2011 can have negative effect on the processing our applications or not , in other words if my occupation quit from the list required for immigration or like buffalo or london visa office reply for some applicants that the priority for post june 2010 ,can this priority transfer to the new system ?, or what is the priority for london office if most of applicants are waiting long time ?in fact i am worry for choosing london office and consider this of my biggest mistakes

I asked about two things at three different times.

1st instance was in december 2010 about adding my spouse in my application because i called call center about the files that i have to sent after getting married. I got married in october when my application was pending in CIO sydney. Once i got back to Canada, i sent the initial details to CIO sydney but I did't send the passport copy and PCC of my spouse, but by the time on Nov 29 I got PER. so i made a case specific enquiry to buffalo. but they gave me a weird reply asking me to send the details to CIO Sydney, then i asked specifically replying to the email...... a clarification stating that i got PER and in that letter CIO askerd me to contact VO Buffalo for all further enquiries. Oh the reply was a relief with all details... asking me to send lots of documents and photos of my spouse.
2nd instance was in march when my ECAS changed to medical received i contacted VO buffalo by email notifying them atht i did not do the medical yet... My application was received by CIO on Aug 6, 2010 and I received positive reply on Nov 29, 2010. They said it is transferred to Buffalo... after buggging a lot with VO, Buffalo I got a reply saying that it will take a minimum of 30 weeks to create my file in Buffalo.!!!
3rd instance was when I couldn't acces my ecas. i emailed to technical department and it was back in service by four days..

is it this enough buddy? i think i better not to disturb this guys a lot ;D
