Today is the 41st days that my app has been arrived and I didnt recieve anything from CIO yet, what do you think?

I have again sent email to VO asking them to reply spcifically regarding exceptional delay in issuing mr med's/rprf/ppr forms...hopefully i will get specific reply this time...thanks to Wayne, Anil, Prabhkar and others for keeping us updated...god bless

Well I was among the up to 130 days range, but recently ppl are getting PER as soon as 30 days. Anyway I think sending them an Email works.

Did you investigate the possibility of sending them a fax? I think a fax, if it is possible, might get better results, since it's harder for them to destroy a fax than it is to delete an email!
