I think it may be a good idea to inquire at CIO Sydney. They should have an idea of where your file has been sent. It may not be very useful to contact the VO directly since they may not have sufficient information if the file has not been sent to them.

I am just send all my docs.....but during my chat with one of the seniors found out that we can type and print our application form....Please, advice can we print I mean type and take the print out then sign the application form. Secondly, in the section where we need to write our names in our mother tongue can we do so by pen....

I have filled the application (had written) but its very messy with less space.

Please, advice.

Yes you can type and save and then print the application, for typing in your native language, use google translate and then copy and paste it wherever it is required.

you can type and print the forms
but dont forget to mention the question number and title that you are answering
for Additional family information form where you write in your mother tongue you can attach seperate sheet
Infact you can attach seperate sheet whereever it is necessary
Just make it look nice and presentable

Please note that standard Adobe Reader cannot be used to save the form after you fill it in (it allows you to fill the form in but you can only print it, you can't save it).

In order to save you will either need Adobe Writer (which is not free) - or a good solution is a site like pdfescape.com which allows you to update your pdf, fill in the form in, and then download the pdf back again so you can keep a saved copy. If you register it will even store your files for up to 2 weeks to save you having to keep uploading the pdfs whilst you are filling the forms in.
