Dear Smaaar: I am so sorry that you are having to deal with this tight situation right now, but I am hoping that you can include a well written (FLAWLESS) cover letter to enclose with your IELTS result AND MASTERS DEGREE PROOF, sealed transcript. I see that you have applied under Supervisors, Oil and Gas Drilling and Service. Is your IELTS mark sufficient that there would not be a problem with your English proficiency in this line of work? If so, make that point in the letter as well. There is no question that with the additional pressure of having to do another IELTS you may not have done as well as you were under stress, but was there that much difference between your Academic and General marks? If that was slight, you may want to include the comparison between your two marks to show that you were able to achieve a better mark. Make sure you provide everything to CIO before the deadline. I've been going through OP 6 Manual, looking at all the updates with regard to IELTS. When did you write your Academic IELTS? If you wrote your exam between 1 April and 26 July 2010, you might use that information in your cover letter. I am grasping at whatever I can here, no guarantees it will work, but I hope it will.

26-7-2010 Only General IELTS accepted, no more than 12 months old (changed to 24 months from 23 December 2010)
1-4-2010 Both General and Academic IELTS accepted

I hoped I would find in the Manual something concrete about return of applications, but I cannot. I understand from what I have read by others, that an incomplete application is returned with fees, however, a NER result is kept at CIO and fees are not returned. I hope seniors will give their input.

I was only asked for RPRF and Medicals.However, I had sent them recently only.

Did they only ask For the fees and no passport? Also when you say you sent your police background recently you mean you sent it directly to CIO or did you sent the to Buffalo using the CIO file number for the to reference your file? I have y FBI records but I was waiting to hear from them. Just wondering if I should send them? Has anyone sent the to Buffalo?

yeah. i sent my ppc two months ago directly.
i think u should mail them asap. otherwise, if the ppc expired.....u should apply it again.
