If you ever lived in the US for more than 6 months continuously after age 18, you need a police clearance from US which is the FBI
certificate.

Buffalo Applicants Cheer up. Medical and RPRF received today!!! There is small glitch however, the medical form is just for me.. My wife's form is not included. Will it be sent directly to her in India (She is unfortunately not yet with me in US after getting married)? or i need to follow up with Buffalo Visa office regarding the missing form??
My best wishes for all you folks waiting out there. Hopefully you will also get it soon!

Really, SP VO is stuck in issuing MR.
Last MR issued on 4th April. Now it is more than 1 month without any new MR.
Are they (VO) revising anything (processing method) to issue MR or all go through in backlog-Q or anything?
Though, I am hopeful and may get news in this coming week.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 24, 2011.

After this arrount March 10th, I have received PCC request from Singapore VO and that I have submitted & delivered to Singapore VO on Mar 28th. But after this I am not getting any information till now.

Can any one guess, what's going on there?

Ammartahir, I live in Dubai and I am of Indian origin (well, I'm really a mutt! Half Indian, quarter Irish, quarter German but my passport currently says Indian.) I hope that helps, since you are the third person since yesterday asking me this. I guess this proves that London has not been discriminating against anyone.
