Oh...With this current speed of ND VO , i think Feb. applicant have to wait for 3/4 months . As Dec. Applicant are still RBVO. I think since last past 20 days all VO are slows becouse of unstable political system.

But lets hope that within weeks NEW GOVT. will resume work & instruct VOs for Speedy process.

I cannot buy into the idea that a Canadian Federal Election would speed or slow the processes at Visa Offices around the world. These may be Government Employees, but they STILL have to go to work like every day/week/month. The most we MUST be given is four hours off before the polls close in order to vote. Most people just vote on their way to or from work and do not take the additional hours, but by law they are allowed to. I may be proved wrong, but I can take it. LOL

Congrats, well you are correct about the in process thing. My app also went into process on 14 April and ecas started showing it as in process on 18 th of April then I received th MR RPRF and PCC later but the letter was dated 18 th of April. So does it mean the did my BC and security checks in 4 days then yes.
