Hi guys,

I am back from a completely Royal-wedding free camping weekend! Great weather although it was very windy.

Did I miss anything exciting on here whilst I was away? No updates from us really, STILL awaiting PCCs. My wife received an email from ACRO saying they were processing her PCC, I haven't received an email of any kind. Been over 2 weeks now so it's slower than last time, although doubtless the two sets of double bank holidays haven't helped. Really hope they are here by the end of next week though.

Wayne.
Lucky you. I was close to smashing my tv.

I prayed for rain but it never came.

Shame.

Dear Wayne,

I sent all documents(PCC, Bank statements, Net worth, RPRF, Medical) asked by Singapore VO on 28 April, 2011. My medical done on 23 April 2011.

I will be glad if you please update the information into spreadsheet!

It was actually quite a challenge finding a radio channel on the drive up there which WASN'T harping on about the Royal Wedding. We finally nailed a few local radio channels with minimal coverage and mainly music (one was called Viking FM or something)!

What a bunch of old cynics you are :P
Two young people in love get married - good for them and if it gives some other people (90 million of them, if you take BBC figures from around the world) a bit of cheer in these difficult times then I am not going to gainsay it.
I can't say I had any interest in it at all but whatever floats your boat....
I listen either to Kerrang or Rock Radio 106.1 and neither of them had any interest in it either, so they clearly know their audience :D.
I hope they have more love between them than the last Royal wedding between Charles and Diana, but then sadly I think it would be rather hard to have much less!

It would have been great if they were celebrating the marriage of royalty that wielded any power.

Unfortunately, this lot don't. I even feel sorry for them because they are being used as living museum pieces. They are tools in the hands of parliament.

I love a good marriage and I wish the couple well but it is non of my business. Where were they when I was getting married?

If it survives, great. If it doesn't then it is unfortunate.

I just dislike hereditary privileges.

Dear Anil, Indira and senior Guys on forum
I got a mail from CHC asking for PCC , I thought it was an AOR but inside the letter they have asked for PCC in order to further processing of application. I don't know what it really means. Any way this has added me another 45 days to wait for MR etc. Guys if they needed something more don't you think they would have asked at this time?
