I'm a little concerned because I received my PER on March 9th and there has been no update in my ECAS from "Comepleteed eligibility review " to "RBVO"...does this mean that my visa office has not received my file as yet or there is a problem with the ECAS or what does this mean??? I haven't been contacted by my VO (Port of Spain) as yet. I see that i am the only applicant from the Port of Spain visa office on this forum. Hopefully someone will shed some light for me.

There is usually some lag between something happening and its being reflected on ECAS. So your paper file may well have reached the visa office by now but it may take a week or two for that to be reflected in ECAS.
