#Hi Positive,

I am very sorry to hear of your continuing delays.

I think it is not entirely bad news. If the visa office did not consider you have the work experience or enough points etc you would not have passed the 2nd eligibility review and would have had a refusal by now.

Since you have had 2nd AOR and are "In Process" I think the delay must be in
the background checks, which at this stage is to do with your supporting documents (the security check part of background checks happen after medical requests).

Is there any part of your application which is particularly complex? They sometimes use third party companies to perform some of the document checks, so a delay could be with one of those companies rather than CHC itself.

If CHC New Delhi are not replying to case specific queries then there is little you CAN do but wait. I'd advise sending another query - sometimes they can be a bit hit and miss - i.e. sometimes they respond other times they don't.

Best of luck.
Wayne.

Yes, it would be wise if you apply for PCC right now.
And sonir, did you notice that you got your 2nd AOR just after the day you requested me to predict on your case? lol
Allah knows when i will get my MR...will my prediction on my own case come true ?

regards,
Dr.Hasib

Dr. Hasib

Guess now I need your prediction so much, my eCAS status has been RBVO for more than a month (more than 3 weeks since my 2nd AOR)! Just wonder when it can be changed to IP???
Your ME is on the way! Get ready for celebration!

Now coming to my asking NDVO applicant's their immigration file no. Starting from B05.

Just a thought going through my mind.

Since my file no. Starts from B04 (as I am an old applicant(may 06)), I hope the VO office doesn't use a auto filter to scrutinise new cases (B05) on priority basis rather than (B04).

Hence otherwise the Logic of being “In process” for 61 days after receiving AOR with no additional document request just doesn't make any sense.

Waiting for another 2 weeks before going for GCMS notes.

even I have march 05 file pending and this post june B05 file is going smoothly. Rather I have already got another medical request. I dont think old files affect processing of new files.

Congratulations, kolhapuri! Delighted for you!

I'm a little concerned that my Ecas status has been "In Process" since the date of my PER, 25th Feb. I know this is probably a glitch but just wondering if the same thing is happening to anyone else? The text after I click on the In Process link is:

We received your application for permanent residence on November 19, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on February 25, 2011. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on February 25, 2011.

Same here ... although I've rcvd the AOR and then the Meds / PPR / RPRF ... so dont sweat it too much :)

According to the two guys with the visa, it only changes once theyve stamped it with your PR. Seems like they do not bother with the other notifications.

Cheers,
O

well, your wish is answered
breaking news guys I got the MR RPRF and PCC request today. The doc is dated 18 th of April.

The pcc request is slightly different from other London guys. I had submitted notarized copies of pcc with my app as CIO had said not to send original pcc but London VO wanted them, so now they want me to submit the same originals ( not new ones). No complains as I am ready to go with my pcc
I got my med appointment for tomorrow so that's it then, my internet is down and I am posting this from my iPhone so apologies for spelling and syntax errors, cheers

Congrates!

Dear hope2011,
thanks for your kind wishes. As per spreadsheet, you filed your application to CIO on 6th dec 2010. This is to inform you that applicants of November 2010 & onwards (singapore VO) are stuck in RBVO stage. Even few October 2010 applicant's files havn't been placed under processing :(
As per my assumption, Singapore VO will complete sending MR to august/september/october applicants at first & then start processing rest applicants file. so,it might take 15-25 more days to change your status from RBVO to In process

Dr.Hasib

Hi Royalman

Since I am not sure about your NOC or for that matter any info about your application, I am unable to comment on the effects on your old application.

Dear Amar,
I applied through WWICS in Dec 2003 but the jokers sat on my application for 3 months and submitted it to CHC on March 7, 2004. Got update request in mid 2008, sent updates and no further action since then. My NOC is 3111 ( Specialist Physician).

Fed up of waiting, I reapplied on Jan 6 this year, got PER on March 14, status changed to RBVO on April 9. No further action since then. When I look at the Delhi tracker, I find a couple of bunches waiting for AOR while so many others members who applied later than them progressed further. I was wondering why this disparity in processing. If we could add another coulmn in spreadsheet indicating whether one is a first time applicant or a second time applicant, it could throw some light if second time applicant take more time to process.

I request all second time applicants to let us know they are second time applicants to enable us to establish or refute the conjecture that it might be affecting the processing.
Thanks

At the risk of jinxing it, i don't think an earlier application plays a part in the progress of your post June 2010 application. I have one too from 2008, my current timelines are in conjunction with all new applicants.
