Just a General Query to all the NDVO applicant's

Have you received a FILE NO. starting from B05?

Dear Amar12345,
My file number starts from B05 and ND VO did not change my file number when they issued AOR and medicals.

Barkat,

Since Signature change is considered a MAJOR change, you need to ensure that you provide:

  • Reason for the change in Signature
  • A sheet clearly showing both your Old Signature vs. the New Signature
  • A letter requesting them to accept this new signature in lieu of the old signature for all the past and future correspondence(s) from your side.

Cheers!
DarKnight

Thanks Darknight it seems good suggestion
Dr Hasib and other seniors What's your Opinion?

Thanks
Barkat

Done... :)

If I would you, then I would have included the clarification letter about changes in the signature.
and I second with Darknight's response.

If you have not done already, use a case-specific tool & update the VO with the scanned copy of the clarification letter (duly-signed/dated) with both new & old signature. Your wife needs to write & sign this clarification letter.

HTH!

Hey guys, what does "in process" exactly means? Does that mean that they have already verify the employment, education and other documents that we send with the application.
I read somewhere in this forum that "in process" only means that the VO has just started verifying documents. How true is it? Anybody with any suggestion.
Just Curios.

Yes, In Process means they have started the background checks and verification checks on your application. This includes, employment, education, POF checks etc.,

Not necessarily they do every check for every application though.

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

I do not remember if we received a B05 number in the receipt for the fees(from the 2nd AOR).. I'll confirm it tonight.

In our medicals, our E00 number is the one mentioned.

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Welcome to the group Ajimon :)

It would be a good idea to send ALL the other documents and the email confirmation form the Dutch authorities that it was sent out on April 6th. Request to consider this, and confirm that you will send it to them on the same day you receive them.

BTW are you working in Chennai? I thought i saw Jeniya mentioning that?

What's up with your medicals?

Thanks,

Indira Prabhakaran.

Dear Indira

B05 No is there in the Reciept for the payment issued from CIO (Hard copy), it comes along with the second AOR communication

regards
Ajimon
